Je suis désolé d’apprendre que votre expérience dans notre logement n’a pas été pleinement satisfaisante. En effet, la façade était en cours de rénovation durant votre séjour. Cependant, nous avons veillé à ce que cela ne vous cause aucune gêne en maintenant l’accès à la porte d’entrée entièrement dégagé.
