Vos remarques n’ont aucun fondement. Vous avez loué un studio de 20 m² parfaitement conforme à sa description et entièrement rénové du sol au plafond. Ce que vous appelez « cuisine » est en réalité une kitchenette moderne et parfaitement équipée : plaques à induction, micro onde, cafetière, grille pain, réfrigérateur, robinetterie neuve.
Le logement dispose en outre d’une climatisation neuve, ce qui est loin d’être le cas dans la majorité des locations de ce type. Parler d’un prix de 50 € la nuitée comme étant « trop élevé » est ridicule : c’est un tarif largement inférieur à la moyenne de la région.
vos critiques sur la luminosité ou la rue témoignent surtout d’un manque d’objectivité : il s’agit d’une ruelle en impasse, sans aucune circulation, et l’ensoleillement relève de la météo, pas du logement.
Enfin vous avez dû voir sur notre site que nous avons plusieurs autres logements, tous faisant l objet de la même attention mais plus grands, accessibles depuis la cour intérieure avec de très belles prestations. Ils sont évidemment plus chers mais nous serons heureux de vous y accueillir.
