VILLA LAURIN SUEDTIROL

The house is situated on a hill overlooking Seis in close proximity to the village center in a quiet location and has a magnificent view of the mountain Sciliar and Ross teeth.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with good parking. Within walking distance of the village square in just 3 minutes. The bus stop is located nearby.

Seis is an ideal starting point for numerous walks and mountain hikes and is 5 km from the famous Seiser Alm.

The apartment was renovated in 2015 and is about 40 square meters. It is located on the third floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The two rooms are furnished in customary local style. The cozy living room is paneled with wood and has a bay window with generous windows, from which one can enjoy a breathtaking panorama.
Throughout the house there is a WLAN access.

The apartment is very well suited for two people, another person or a child can be accommodated in the living room. Here is a sofa with sleeping function. For a toddler, a cot can be placed in the bedroom. Caution: Non smoking!

Arrival is from 16 pm and departure by 10am.
