BALTIC SEA VACATION WITH SAUNA IN THE HOUSE The residential complex Am Stadtwald was built in 1997 in the style of the resort architecture. The comfortable apartments have been awarded by the DFV with 4 stars. Our guests have their own sauna, a washing machine and a tumble dryer for a fee. Also there is a bicycle storage room in the object.   OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS - BICYCLES RENT TO SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MY WHEEL BY THE SEA you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

LARGE-SPACIOUS 3-ROOM APARTMENT WITH TERRACEYou live in a 72m² large 3-room apartment, located in the 1st. Upstairs. The living room is equipped with couch, TV, dining area and kitchenette (stove, dishwasher, coffee machine). In the first Bedroom is a double bed, the children's room is equipped with a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial equipment. A parking space belongs to the apartment. Sauna, washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee in the house.

Nette, große Wohnung

Wohnung direkt am Stadtwald. Groß und gut geschnitten, modernes Bad, gute Küche. Rundum gute Wohnung, netter, wenn auch kleiner Balkon (Terrasse), am Ende des Ganges zur Wohnung. Anlage sehr gepflegt, Blick auf schönen kleinen Teich mit Bachlauf. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein großer (Pasta-)Topf wäre noch schön.

Es regnet in der Wohnung durch, offensichtlich ist das bekannt, da ein Gerüst an der Stelle am Haus

Eigentlich ist es eine sehr schöne Anlage, aber Bausubstanz muss man pflegen, sonst kommt es zu Schäden wir wir sie erfahren haben

was etwas doof war, ist der Tatsache geschuldet, das im Geschirrspüler mehrere benutzte Gläser standen, sorry, aber das ist nicht so toll. ansonsten alles in Ordnung.
