We’ve just arrived home and are filled to the brim with memories of La Luna Vista. This is a beautifully tranquil space, with hypnotizing views, and all the privacy and comforts that you hope for on vacation, but don’t often find. It’s a very special place. This was our second visit and much too short! As before, Leticia, Darwin and team greeted us warmly and were helpful when needed, thank you! Sweet Chico…we will be back! And to Diana, thank you so much, we’ll be in touch about a much longer stay next time. As I said last time…La Luna Vista is pure magic….

I can't say enough postive things about Diana's house. This was our second stay and we wont ever think about another property to stay at in Costa Rica. The quietness, views and quality of this home are all top class. Leticia (property manager) is so helpful and she has always made our stays all the more enjoyable with her attention and care during our time there.

Paradise in Atenas

Beautiful property with incredible views

This property and location are spectacular. It is truly a gem and our family made lifetime memories staying here. The host and property manager made booking a breeze and were easily reached when questions arose.

The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the mountains. The pool had a pleasant temperature and colorful birds came to visit every day. It is very private. The house manager is super helpful and responsive arranging for cooks and drivers. We enjoyed our stay.

Best Trip Ever!

The listing on VRBO does not do this place justice... it is way nicer than we even thought it would be! It's a fantastic home in an amazing setting. The location was excellent as well. Our host was so helpful as well! We highlight recommend staying here to anyone!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed Diana's Atenas home. Leticia and Darwin were wonderful resources and became friends. It was such a joy to sit on the verandas, enjoy a cool drink and soak in the fabulous views. Leticia was welcoming and a source for all things wonderful. Darwin was very attentive and made sure everything was always right with the home and surrounding areas.

A Zen getaway

We so enjoyed our 4 weeks in this beautiful home. So very peaceful, with total privacy, a lovely view and ever-changing cloudscapes. The layout of the home was perfect for us... an open living area, with lots of terrace, and three nicely separated bedrooms with their own private patios.

Superb Overall Experience

The surreal views, active birds, location, property features, and helpful staff are why we came back for a second time. We enjoyed a combination of active days where we loved the central location to explore Costa Rica, close to home days to enjoy Atenas and live like a local, and home days where we enjoyed coffee, the pool, and having a chef come in to prepare meals. Highly recommend!

What a View!

We had a wonderful time listening to the birds and enjoying the view. The house is beautiful and Leticia was very helpful. I do recommend renting a 4x4 car, the walk to town is hilly!

Perfect Home-base for Adventure and Relaxation

Stayed at this stunning home for one week with my two sisters. The location was conveniently located 1-2 hours away from all of the activities we planned for our trip, and the perfect oasis for relaxation between adventures. We absolutely loved our time in Costa Rica. The homeowner and property manager were amazing to work with too. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing Rainforest Oasis

We could not have asked for a better stay in Atenas! This beautiful property is a secret hideaway and a wonderful way to experience the true beauty of Costa Rica. The property manager was so helpful and attentive and the owners seem to have thought of everything a visitor could want! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and plenty of space to spread out but enjoy time together. We’ve already started planning our next visit!

Atenas week

5 star all around! The view, the house, the rooms, the hammock, the pool all were better than listed. Such a tranquil retreat with all the amenities we needed. The owner, house manager and maintenance were welcoming and kind. Highly recommend this property!
