This bright and open unique loft is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. The Lake + Company Loft has a very functional layout coupled with unique architecture. The combination of the historic exposed brick with modern finishes gives you the feel as if you are downtown Manhattan.
The loft has a full kitchen with all the high quality amenities:
The studio is pet friendly. But we do charge a $25 nightly $50 weekly charge to recover added cleaning costs. This is a one time charge.
