Ideally located in the center of Biscarrosse (600 m from the town center and market) and close to shops (bakery, butcher/caterer, and greengrocer), just 5 km from the lakes and 8.5 km from the beach.
The house accommodates up to 6 people and features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine), 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a shower room, and a utility room with a washing machine.
Outside, enjoy a 15 m² terrace with a dining area and barbecue, plus a private garden and a parking space.
A security deposit of €900 is required for the house.
Tourist taxes are additional according to current rates.
