Beautiful detached house on the ground floor of 120 m2 that can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
Spacious living room with bay windows opening onto the terrace on one side with an outdoor table, plancha and sunbeds and a small terrace on the other side overlooking the wooded garden.
Seven rooms including the entrance to the house, the living room and the dining area with new furniture.
It has 4 bedrooms, the first, a master bedroom with a 160/200 bed and its shower room, the second and third with a 140/200 bed each, and finally the last bedroom with two 90/200 beds. A bathroom with bathtub and double sinks and 2 separate toilets are added to the description.
The decoration of the house combines modernity and the charm of the Basque Country. You will have the use of a private entrance with garage, a laundry room where you will find washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with wifi.

If you choose to come by car, you have a private outdoor car park that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are not included, please bring some for your stay, duvets and pillows are however available for each of the beds.
You have the possibility to rent bed linen kits at the village dry cleaner or at the Leclerc d'Urrugne shopping centre 8km away.
Cleaning is mandatory at a rate of 120€, it includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
