Our AIR CONDITIONED single story open & airy family beach house features WiFi internet, 40' flat screen LCD TV, exterior composite deck and a carpeted screen porch with patio set. For additional conveniences our beach house offers a NATURAL gas grill, washer/dryer & VINYL hot/cold outside shower. A quiet setting at the end of a 100' stone driveway with parking for 4 vehicles, the yard offers plenty of lawn space for kids to play. A short walk to bayside Mayflower & Bayview Beaches with their child-safe tidal pools at low tide and magnificent sunsets makes these beaches HIDDEN GEMs. Just a 2 minute walk to Chapin's Restaurant around the corner. There is a left side handicap accessible ramp to slider. NOTE: The main bathroom is NOT handicap accessible.

Our property sits inside a private natural setting surrounded by native bushes so it is quiet . . . save for the birds chirping in the morning. We are told the beds are comfortable. The rear carpeted screen porch is the difference maker . . . airy yet bug-free to allow your family to eat outside in a relaxing atmosphere. The VINYl outside shower is 3 steps from this porch and is PRIVATE. The deck with its NATURAL GAS grill never runs out and has a 2nd patio set. The shed safely harbors the trash barrels so there are NO frustrations with rodents. It also provides extra storage space for your personal items. The lawn is maintained weekly for your family to enjoy. We feel that these 'little things' make a 'big difference' in providing you with an affordable & accommodating vacation experience.
