01 Holiday apartment Granitz with balcony:
This apartment has no microwave, but an oven!

Welcome to Rügen! Our holiday apartments for Granitz (55 sqm, 1 living / bedroom, 1 bedroom, max 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years, WiFi) are very quiet and close to nature at the beginning of the Granitz and only about 3 km from the Baltic Sea Binz away. There is also the kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. The small town Serams in which the holiday apartment is located, is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape. The 2012 newly built holiday apartments has been modern and comfortable and also offers wireless Internet access. The apartments each have a beautiful balcony with garden furniture. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are made with sheets. More details can be found in the detailed description of the apartment. Parking is available directly at the house. For your brought bikes is a storage room (not covered) available. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to the object. The bus stop for public transport is about 800 meters away.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

etwas abgeschieden aber kurze Wege zu den Urlauber-Zentren und Ausflugszielen

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Einliegerwohnung mit separater Aussentreppe im Obergeschoss eines EFH. Vom Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küchenzeile führt eine Treppe zum Schlafbereich im Dachgeschoß. Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen ist auch vorhanden, sowie ein geräumiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist durch die in wenigen Laufminuten zu erreichenden Haltestellen von Bus und der Bahn "Rasender Roland" schnelle Taktung sehr gut.Radwege führen nach Binz und Richtung Sellin. Leider gibt es keinen in Richtung Zirkow. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Mooi appartement maar niet het appartement op de foto's

Een mooi en schoon appartement met balkon met een goede en rustige ligging. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk. Er zijn twee appartementen bij deze woning. De foto's zijn van het mooiste appartement. Ons appartement zat in het midden van het gebouw en had daardoor weinig ramen. Wat echt minder was dat dat appartement maar twee pitten heeft die dicht bij elkaar zitten. Dus je kunt alleen twee kleine pannen erop zetten. Dat was zeer beperkend zeker omdat we ervan uitgingen dat er gewoon 4 pitten zouden zijn zoals de foto's aangeven. Vreemd is dan ook dat de prijs voor de twee appartementen blijkbaar hetzelfde is.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage - ruhig, aber nicht zu weit abgelegen. Ideal für Radwanderausflüge: Rad in Binz ausleihen und den Süden und Südosten Rügens genießen! Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist stilvoll, modern und praktisch eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man zum Überleben braucht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder :)
