Wonderful property in beautiful surroundings

We lucked out with fresh snow on the ground and on the trees which made the area stunningly beautiful just a few days before Christmas. This home is all together wonderful, highly recommended.

Chalet 2023

Fantastic location and wonderful property. Hot tub required wood for heating and took time to reach required temperatures. Sauna was outstanding and property well maintained. Security lights stayed on too late at night and landscape lights came on too late to enjoy the outside in the evening. Kristen was very responsive and Michael was very helpful with the walk around to help us feel comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience.

Chalet was our most enjoyable stay of our 3 weeks traveling through Lucerne, northern Italy, Salzburg and Germany, south of Munich. From a keen eye, there is no detail spared in construction, design or comfort. This home is meant to gather family & friends. The home offers a luxurious stay, with carefully curated treats and experiences, from a crafted wine & spirits stock (to purchase), to the glorious bathtub, and the home theater system to the sauna.It's location is special and it offers a luxurious stay in the most beautiful landscape. On the edge of the town Grainau and close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen there are restaurants, markets and shopping. Sitting in the cozy backyard, you feel quite isolated even though you're very much a part of the mountain's access. You may see the cogwheel train pass but you never hear it from inside the home. The nearby cowbells lull you into a Bavarian dreamscape if you nap in the patio or fall asleep with the windows open. I imagine that it is a coveted home for skiiers enjoying Zugspitze. Kerstin was a wonderful communicator and the home manager, Mike, was readily available for questions or assistance. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Traumhafte Location in den Bergen

Meine Familie und ich haben den Aufenthalt im Chalet S wirklich genossen. Das Chalet bietet Erholungs- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für jede Alterklasse. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin Frau Schell war sehr professionell und schnell. Vielen Dank auch an Mike für den täglichen Brötchenservice. Wir haben bereits drüber nachgedacht auch unseren Sommerurlaub dort zu verbringen, aber leider war für dieses Jahr schon alles ausgebucht. Vielleicht aber nächstes Jahr. Vielen Dank an Frau Schell und Ihr Team für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Chalet.

Luxus-Auszeit im Topchalet

sehr kompetent, nette und völlig unkompliziert Einweisung ins Chalet durch Hausmeister Mike :-)! Tolles Chalet für alle Altersgruppen... Modern, sehr sauber, alles da! Wir konnten leider den netten Ort Grainau, Zugspitze, Eibsee (alles zu Fuß erreichbar) gar nicht ausgiebig genießen weil wir das Chalet nicht verlassen wollten :-)! Alles da, innen und außen top! Auch der Austausch mit Besitzerin Kerstin Schell war Mega nett!

In diesem Haus stimmt einfach alles!

Das Chalet ist nicht nur sehr schön, sondern ‚sehr wohlfühlschön‘ eingerichtet. Von den tollen Betten, über die super Küche bis zu den Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Sauna, Billard und Fitness, in dem Chalet war einfach alles spitze! Meine Familie und ich haben uns in dem Haus rundum wohl gefühlt. Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen! Ich werde sicher wiederkommen!

Wellnesschalet mit stylischem Ambiente

Das Chalet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung entspricht voll und ganz dem Inserat bzw. den eingestellten Fotos. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail eingerichtet, ist geräumig und luftig. Die Lage ist trotz vorbeiführender Strasse toll, das Panorama bei schönem Wetter wunderbar. Der türkise Eibsee befindet sich in 1/4 Stunde Gehdistanz. Ein unbeschreiblich schöner Ort. Wanderungen, Biketouren und Bootsfahrten sind sehr zu empfehlen. Bei schlechtem Wetter bieten sich die Sauna, die Ftnessgeräte, der Billardtisch und die PlayStation im Haus an. Der Frühstückskorb reicht für eine halbe Fussballmannschaft 😉. Kurz gesagt, wir kommen wieder. Ganz herzlichen Dank liebe Familie Schell auch für den freundlichen Empfang.

Relaxen

Sehr Großzügiges Chalet, dass nichts vermissen lässt. Toll gelegen, ganz nah zum Eibsee, zur Zugspitzbahn oder Richtung Alpitz. (Toller Ausflug mit der Gondel auf die Alpitz, von dort zur Hochalm laufen, hier gibt es eine hervorragende Bewirtung, und von da mit der Gondel wieder nach unten schweben). Man freut sich über einen Regentag, um dass Haus so richtig genießen zu können, wie z.B. die große Blockhaussauna mit einem Aromaaufguß oder man entspannt bei einem kleinen Billardturnier im geräumigen Wohnzimmer. Bei schönem Wetter lädt die Terrasse mit Blick zur Zugspitze zum Relaxen ein. Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubszeit! :-)
