Very nice vacation rental

We enjoyed our two weeks stay in Cape Coral. The pool and hot tub were especially nice. We used both along with the patio every day of our stay and enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood.

Great quiet home.

Nice pool and hot tub! The house just came thru Hurricane and the owners and property management did a great job to insure we enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Very nice home

This home met all our needs and was fully stocked with all that we needed to cook all our meals. The pool and spa were clean and the lanai area was spacious and comfortable. We loved we could have our two dogs there and we had plenty of places to walk them in the surrounding neighborhood. We had a great month there

Perfect vacation 1/10 - 1/21/23

Very comfortable house. We had a minor problem that the owner and property manager took care of right away. Communication was easy with both. The bedrooms were comfortable and situated perfectly! The pool was great and the “spa” was relaxing although there are no massaging jets we still enjoyed using it. I will definitely recommend staying here.

Love this place!

The house was nice, but we spent 90% of our waking hours in the lanaii/pool area. I loved it, but wouldn't recommend it for families with small children, as most of it is over my head. Works for me though! Nice area - nearby grocery stores and good restaurants. Sorry to see it was already booked for next year.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained

The home was very open and spacious on the inside. We were coming for Christmas and it was actually decorated for Christmas including a tree upon our arrival. The pool and hot tub was very clean and relaxing. All of the landscaping around the home was beautiful. It was a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The heavy traffic to get to Ft Myers beach was a little frustrating but we understand that we were there during a very busy time. We would defiantly rent this home again

The house is in a nice quite neighborhood. It is really close to several restaurants, grocery and shopping centers. The house is comfortable and well kept although it is a little lacking for entertainment. There is one TV in the living room and that is all. There is not a DVD player at all. There is an antenna and an Amazon Fire Stick but, that is all. There are no games or puzzles in the house. The pool is wonderful as well as the hot tub. You do need to plan ahead for the hot tub because it takes three hours to heat up. We really did enjoy our time at American Eagle and would rent it again.

Super Urlaub in familiärer Umgebung

Wir hatten sehr schöne 12 Tage in diesem bestens ausgestatteten Haus. Die Umgebung ist klassisch Einfamilienhaus und sehr ruhig. Alle nötigen Einkäufe können in direkter Umgebung erledigt werden. Verhungern tut man hier so wie so nicht. Wichtig zu wissen: Cape Coral hat keinen eigenen (echten) Strand. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, lediglich die Matratzen müssten einmal zeitnah getauscht werden, sowie die beiden Liegen im Pool-Bereich, da diese rostige Flecken auf dem Boden hinterlassen. Das war es aber auch schon mit Verbesserungsvorschlägen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was die Eigenversorgung sicher stellt. Die Badezimmer sind groß genug und ebenfalls in einem guten Zustand. Hervor zu heben natürlich der Pool-Bereich, der einfach fantastiasch ist. Die Erreichbarkeit des zuständigen Büros war hervorragend, so dass auch kleinere Anliegen sofort erledigt wurden! Somit insgesamt: HERVORRAGEND!!! Vielen Dank

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist alles in einem tadellosem Zustand. Tolle Pool-Area. Vor allem der Whirlpool-Pool und die gemütliche Lounge-Ecke haben wir sehr genossen. Der Check-in und Check-pur durch Charity war problemlos. Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage. Das einzige was uns fehlte: Stühle für den Strand, da wir nicht mehr so gerne nur auf Strandtüchern liegen.

Der Whirlpool ist wirklich ein Highlight und gerade in den Abenstunden sehr zu genießen. Wir haben eine zeitlang gerne Strandstühle und auch anderes Equipment für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider mussten wir aber feststellen, dass gewisse Gegenstände immer wieder auf mysteriöse Art und Weise verschwinden...so haben wir uns dann schweren Herzens dazu entschieden, auf einige Gegenstände zu verzichten. Dennoch freut es uns sehr, dass Sie eine tolle Zeit in unserer Ferienunterkunft hatten. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Orga-ERHOLUNG PUR

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (7/6) in diesem wunderschönen, sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Es fehlt hier an nichts, alles funktionierte, der Check in war super, alles wurde ausführlich erklärt, die kleinen Mängel, die Vorgänger hinterlassen hatten besprochen (gerissene Kaffeekanne-wurde innerhalb 6 Std gegen eine neue Kaffeemaschine getauscht). Das Highlight: Der schöne Pool & Whirlpool (jederzeit beheizbar und schön warm) und das abendliche Grillen mit dem hochwertigen BBQ-Grill Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (Auto empfohlen, 5 Minuten Fahrt) Check out war auch problemlos und wie erwartet, Rückerstattung der Kaution wurde umgehend angewiesen Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Zunächst einmal vielen lieben Dank für die Bewertung. Es freut uns noch einmal sehr zu hören, dass Sie sich so wohl in der Villa American Eagle gefühlt haben. Kleinere "Unfälle" passieren nun einmal. Leider melden nicht immer alle Gäste solche sofort, so dass ein Austausch kaputter Gegenstände dann manchmal leider mit ein wenig Verspätung geschieht. Von daher sind wir immer dankbar, wenn uns Defekte an und im Haus umgehend gemeldet werden. Bei Gästen, wie Sie es waren, sind wir immer gerne bemüht, die Kaution umgehend zurückzuerstatten. Vielleicht dürfen wir Sie ja wieder einmal als unsere Gäste begrüßen.

Tolles Haus, tolle Vermieter, tolles Land

Das Haus war super klasse und absolut alles wie beschrieben, es ist geeignet für jedermann, ob Familie mit Kindern oder Pärchen ganz egal. Wir haben alles dort wie beschrieben vorgefunden, es fehlte an nichts. Auch hatten wir einen super netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der uns auch noch viele Tipps in der Umgebung gab. Der Pool ist ein Traum, ebenso das anhängende Spa. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns Pudelwohl und wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

House was more than adequate. Property contact was excellent. Some advertised items not quite right

Air conditioning requested not to be turned below 76. A little warm for sleeping comfortably. Spa set on timer and would not function after 5 PM. No tv functioning when we checked in. Corrected 3 days in to our stay. Property manager did her best to accommodate. Just hard to accomplish all in 4 days

Hello Bill, thank you for your commendation. We apologize for the inconvience. You can turn down the air conditioning below 76, but we recommend to not turn it too cold because it will freeze... The spa should be working at any time you want... Unfortunately we don´t know why it was unintentional adjusted. Thanks also for letting us know about the problem with the TV. We already informed our local staff to fix it as soon as possible. We ´re expecting that those points will be solved today or within the next few days. Thank you for your thorough response.

Unser schönster Urlaub

Es war einfach nur schön :-) toller Service von A-Z. Shopping Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Chillen sooft und solange man will am Pool oder im Spa. Barbecue am Abend. Wir hatten das Glück, Martina und Marco persönlich kennen zu lernen und bekamen wertvolle Hints für Ausflüge. Wir können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen der plant Cape Coral zu besuchen.
