Convenient to Fleming Island and Middleburg.

Property owner is stellar. Very responsive. Home was appointed quite nicely. The only things preventing 5 star overall rating are neighborhood (meh), yard, plastic mattress pafds, and a nearby barking dog. We would stay here again.

Christmas vacation

This is the second property we have stayed at from these owners/property managers. There communication is always great and quick to resolve any issues. The Christmas decorations are a nice touch this time of year.

Clean and Cozy

This is my second stay with the hosts and they did not disappoint. They are very welcoming. Communication is outstanding. We enjoying the accommodation, we had everything we needed and more. Recommending the hosts to others is easy.

Great house !

My overall experience was great. House was clean and updated. Very cozy and comfortable with a big fenced in yard for my pup and kids to run in. House was fully stocked. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. All furniture including beds were confortable. Host was very communicative. Would definitely rent again !

A truly amazing host!

To say the least just getting booked was extremely challenging for us, the Whitney team (Chris) helped ensured we did get booked to stay at his lovely home in middleburg! He was beyond helpful and patient through the headaches of technical difficulties! When we did finally arrive, the neighborhood was extremely peaceful and pleasant. Getting into the home was very easy and Chris ensured we had all the info needed to get settled in. They greeted us with a beautiful Christmas decorated home, a special thank you note, and some treats for the kids and adults 🤗. The home was very spacious and very well maintained. There were basics offered as complimentary, which made the stay so much easier. Our children felt right at home, there was plenty space for our family of 5. We travel frequently being involved in competition soccer. We have stayed at countless hotels through our travels which is so much work with 3 children. After staying at The Whitney home we have decided it will be the way we travel from here out. Hopefully we are blessed to encounter gracious patient friendly hosts again! Thank you Whitney team for such a great weekend and offering such a beautiful homey home for our family! Merry Christmas!

Loved our stay!

Very clean and comfortable home. We stayed a long weekend and felt the location worked great getting to and from the airport. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed every minute.

Wedding

We had family and friends in town for a wedding in Fleming Island. This home is VERY cute inside. Extremely clean and well organized. Propert managers communicate well. They even left a welcome note and treats for the bride. If it’s rainy, you can park in the garage for ease of access.
