This 12th-floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort sits directly on the white sands of Panama City Beach, with great views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Open and inviting, this vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a pub-height table for four for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a sunlit living area with a cable TV. High-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay (speed is dependent on occupancy). Spend your days lounging at the resort’s private beach, swimming in the multiple shared pools, soaking in the hot tubs, and enjoying a theater, game room, and 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a steam room and sauna - all without leaving your resort!

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 12.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great apartment and view

We really love the apartment the decoration and view. It was really relaxing and we would love to come back again.The only problem we suffer was the time it takes to get in the elevator and that still doesn’t work the icemaker, it then everything great.

Great View

We enjoyed our stay! All the employees were super friendly and nice. The condo was as described, nicely decorated with everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a rainy weekend so the views from the balcony were perfect! Will definitely be back!

The condo itself was stunning! The view of the beach was breath taking. While the room was amazing, we had major issues with our stay. The condo owner was helpful, and is not at fault for any of the issues we experienced. We would not recommend booking at Tidewater ever. The elevators are horrible. You will wait over an hour ever time to leave the condo unless you take the stairs (which sometimes is not an option). During our stay, the entire condominium lost power and water (yes, the entire 30 floors). We were forced to take the stairs while listening to people scream and bang on the elevators they were trapped in. We did receive a $136 refund for this issue. The security did not have any idea on an after hour protocol for this level of emergency. The following morning, we went to pack our truck in the parking garage and someone had left human fences on the ground of the parking garage.

Need some minor updates

The door stop on the main entry door kept falling down stopping the door from being able to close. There was a few mold spots in the shower thay made me a bit apprehensive when taking a shower. Alos did not like that the water/ice machine on fridge was locked. Forced you to go buy water. The area had a lot of construction going on and made it hard to walk through.

We went for a spate of the moment anniversary weekend to get away. We live in the Navarre area and wanted a quick get away. The issues with the elevator made us decide to never give the condos another stay. I can not imagine what summer would be like but if you attempt to take the elevator to go out to eat or come from the pool or beach. We are talking even longer than 20 minutes. We walked 10 flights after waiting 30 mins. Place was clean no issues there but the bar stool had a broken piece when we pulled the chair out it fell on floor. The faucet in the onsuite had a broken one that was ready to fall off.

The condo was beautiful. The beach was extremely clean, and the water was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue, and they are currently working on it, was the number of working elevators available.

The view was wonderful. Other than that, unorganized, horrible check in experience before getting to the even worse line and slowest elevator I have ever seen in my life. Once we made it through that experience, the room was spacious and lovely except for the disgustingly nasty stained. Sofa and living room furniture that we refused to set on. Until we covered it with sheets. Too many nice places to stay to pay for this experience.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was beautiful! The only thing we didn’t like was how long you had to wait for the elevators. We had to wait at least 15 minuets or longer for an elevator, most of the time it was quicker to take the stairs.

No ice!!

We liked the location and the fact that it was not crowded. The condo was decorated very nicely and was very comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Other than problems with the fridge the sauna and the steam room in the women's side didn’t work at all and one of the hot tubs didn’t work. The beach was nice even though we had serges from a storm. I would go back here if I can be assured the ice maker would work. 😊

Beautiful condo and view but needs improvement

The condo is beautifully renovated and furnished with a fantastic view of the gulf. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the condo needs improvement. Also, this property has very slow elevators, the slowest we have ever encountered at a condo. It's 30 floors so that can be challenging when coming and going.

You need extra time

It was a great space for just the weekend. I definitely would suggest this rental to anyone to just needs a relaxing weekend. If you have places to go for sports events or a timed schedule you need to make sure you provide yourself enough time plus extra just for the ELEVATOR! We cleared waited and on multiple different times at least 15-20 minutes just to get on the elevator. Not everyone in my party could take 12 flights of stairs. Other than that it was a nice stay. Check in process was a little crazy but we figured it all out.

It was okay

The view was beautiful and easy to access, but there was so much construction not the full time we stayed but 3 out of 5 days there was construction. Also the bathroom sinks were dirty and the water barely drained because of hair in the drain. The floor was clean but the carpets were dirty. Overall the stay was okay my family and I enjoyed our stay here.
