Tahoe Luxury Properties welcomes you! Bradley's Bungalow is the perfect retreat for you and your immediate family. This adorable Dollar Point vacation rental boasts a beautiful and spacious backyard, professional interior design, and an ideal location, just three miles from Tahoe City. The open floor plan naturally creates inclusive conversation and activity in the lower level. The gorgeous kitchen, with all new appliances, a large trestle dining table, and a living room with comfortable furnishings and a cozy, wood-burning fireplace are just a few of the highlights. The pine ceiling and hewn hickory floors are a warm compliment to the minimalist and modern touches throughout, while the local art gives you the feeling of being immersed in Lake Tahoe. Both adults and kids will appreciate access to their own private bedroom and bathroom, three of which have smart televisions. The loft serves as additional space to stretch out and enjoy reading, while not having to formally retire to a bedroom. In the summer, grill your shrimp kabobs and corn on the deck and enjoy your dinner al fresco. Your kids will enjoy the uncharacteristically large backyard and lawn area, perfect for tossing the frisbee or building a snowman. Relish relaxing in the bubbling hot tub at the conclusion of your activity-filled days.
The Dollar Point neighborhood is well positioned to enjoy a plethora of activities, with its central location between Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Stroll or cruise the bike path from the neighborhood to downtown Tahoe City and beyond, following the flowing Truckee River to Olympic Valley. Enjoy family-friendly events all summer long at Commons Beach. In the winter, this neighborhood is central to numerous world-class skiing options, including Palisades Tahoe, Northstar California, and Homewood Mountain Resort. The nearby sled hill at Granlibakken is fun for all ages, and the Tahoe City Winter Sports Park offers ice skating, sledding, and winter trails. Across the street, the Tahoe XC Center, a local's favorite, offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, and in the summer is an extensive trail network for hiking and mountain biking, with beautiful, scenic trails for all levels. For those who prefer to swing the clubs, Brockway Golf Course in Kings Beach boasts a beautiful and challenging nine-hole course, while the Tahoe City golf course provides a casual setting in the center of town. Or, bring the kids for miniature golf fun in Carnelian Bay.
This Tahoe vacation rental is truly the perfect spot to create lasting, family memories.

County Rules
Each county requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to your home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below, also included in your signed in the Vacation Rental Agreement.
Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.
Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.
Lights Out: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the Ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.
Red Flag Warnings: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal barbecues and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winds, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.
Winter Driving
Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order. You may find valuable winter driving tips from the CHP here: https://bit.ly/3IKiY7n
Summer Patio Furniture
Patio furniture is available for your use during summer months only. All outdoor tables, chairs and loungers are put into storage in the fall, in order to protect the furnishings from winter weather. Barbecue grills, however, do remain outside for your enjoyment.
Black bears are very common in this area and have become habituated to human food and garbage. Because bears no longer have a strong fear of humans, you may encounter bears during your spring, summer and fall stays. Feeding bears is illegal. Leaving food outside, trash accessible, or doors and windows unlocked is likely to cause significant property damage to homes and to vehicles. Please take a moment to learn how to be Bear Aware, so that we can continue to live in harmony with our wildlife.

The TLUXP office is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.
