We’re very sorry to hear that this guest did not have the experience we strive to provide. Following their departure, our team carefully inspected the home and verified that all lights are fully operational. We understand how important these details are to a comfortable stay. There is one set of closet doors that has required repeated attention, and we are actively working toward a permanent repair to resolve the issue once and for all. Cleanliness is extremely important to us. We work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain high standards in every home, and we are addressing this feedback directly with them to ensure expectations are consistently met. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.

We are glad you came back for a second go-around to Sweet Dreams in Dollar Point! Thank you for the detailed feedback, your observations are taken seriously. The listing and your review aims to accurately describe the property; mountain homes commonly have multiple stairways. Your review indicates the home's layout, lighting, and temperature affected your comfort, and that several cleanliness and maintenance issues required attention. Our office is open and we are available seven days a week to assist during a stay; since we were not contacted while you were onsite, we were unable to address these concerns in real time. We do appreciate your feedback as this will help us improve for future guests.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location, backyard, and dog-friendly amenities. We appreciate your observations about the layout and the challenges it may present, as well as the missing cooking supplies and maintenance issues. Your comments are valuable and will help us improve. We're happy you enjoyed your time in Lake Tahoe and hope to have the opportunity to host you again. ~Tahoe Rental Company
