About this property
L'Amirauté - Vue imprenable sur la mer
Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful apartment with sea view for rent in Cancale. It's located right next to the beach. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), with a surface area of 110 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travelers and has a private parking space. It includes a large living room with a view of the port, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet, Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
It is composed as follows:
- A very large 50 m² living room with lounge and dining area. This room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows with sea views.
- A fully-equipped open kitchen.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 with two bunk beds (90x200), adjoining bedroom 3 (you cross bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3).
- Bedroom 3, with 1 king-size bed (180x200), private bathroom with towel dryer, wc.
- Shower room with heated towel rail and wc.
For even greater comfort, you'll have access to the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave oven and a cot (we can install a cot for babies on request when you book). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish).
The accommodation is ideally located in Cancale, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Enjoy oysters and other seafood at the Port de la Houle.
- The apartment is an ideal starting point to St Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, the Côte Sauvage with its most beautiful sandy beaches.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the private parking lot. If you come with several cars, you'll find paying parking lots on the port or a free parking lot (60 spaces) located on Bd Thiers, a 2-minute walk away.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station La Gare de la Gouesnière (10 min by car)
- Nearest bus stop: Saint-Joseph (10 min walk)
Other remarks:
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are allowed up to 10 kg.
- No smoking.
- Bedroom 2 is windowless and adjoins bedroom 3.
- Bed linen and towels included.
To access the accommodation, you can choose between :
- independent arrival with key box on site,
- a face-to-face welcome: in this case, you will be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment and give you the keys.
