You are under 2 miles from nearly everything Fayetteville has to offer, however, "the hill" is a nickname fit for Fayetteville. You can expect walking up some inclines and having to cross a some bigger roads. All have access to cross walks so you can choose what transportation fits you best!

Great place for a stop over to visit the surrounding areas. Property was perfect for our group to make dinner, play games and enjoy our time together.

Great property

Great location close to University. Clean, modern house with plenty of space. Extra touches like snacks were a welcome surprise. Will definitely stay again next time I try to convince one of my teenagers to be Razorbacks!
