La localisation est parfaite : proche plage et ses commerces, boulangerie. La maison est grande et la terrasse presque toute la journée ombragée. Cependant elle n'est pas correctement entretenue. Elle est louée comme un complément de revenu et souffre donc d'un manque d'investissement. Vaisselle manquante, meubles branlants pour les petits détails. Et bcp plus gênant, des carreaux qui se décollent dans les pièces d'eau, du salpêtre un peu partout, des verroux de porte dont les vis ne tiennent pas.. Le loueur est conscient des faiblesses de son bien mais ne fait pas une priorité de rectifier le tir. Sans intervention cette maison sera bientôt insalubre.
