PLEASANT AND QUIET CORNER.

The city of Les Anses d'Arlet is located south-west of Martinique 13km from the capital Fort-de-France. Between the Caribbean Sea and the neighboring cities of Diamond and Trois-Ilets northeast.

It covers 25.9 square kilometers and its territory twenty neighborhoods and places known.

It is a coastal city open to the Caribbean Sea and in the extension of a tourist coastal area (Les Anses d'Arlet, Diamond, Trois-Ilets). Away from the big cities and nearby shipping (Trois-Ilets), it offers a quality of quiet and pleasant life.

In addition, it has the privilege to enjoy beautiful beaches and a bathing quality recognized by Martinique but also by tourists.

It is characterized on its Caribbean side by its handles, cap and points (Petite Anse, Anse Noire Anse Mathurin Anse Dufour ...) and within its topography of hills and slopes on almost all the territory which highest point is Morne Larcher (477 meters).

Séjour à Petite Anse d'Arlet

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Joséline et de son fils à notre arrivée.L'appartement, très spacieux, est proche de la mer dont on entend le roulis. La vue depuis la terrasse embrasse le morne qui déploie toute une gamme de verts. Nous avons bénéficié de deux salles de bain et de deux WC ce qui a été un plus pour notre confort.Dans les chambres, les éléments de literie sont bons et les moustiquaires très appréciées.Nous avons également été satisfaits par la promptitude de notre hôtesse et son fils, à régler quelques problèmes mineurs (fonctionnement de la WIFI, mauvais écoulement de l'eau dans une douche).D'autre part, la climatisation des chambres permet d'obtenir des températures agréables.Nous avons donc été satisfaits par ces conditions qui nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour.Nous souhaitons une bonne saison touristique à notre hôtesse.Pascale et Daniel

Nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il y avait 2 salles de bain complète et 2 chambres à coucher. Aussi l'accès à un balcon-patio a été fort intéressant. Très satisfait de notre séjour. C'est un milieu plus campagne que nous avons apprécié avec les montagnes.

Nous remercions fortement Mme Delbois pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.Nous avons eu un petit problème de réservation et elle nous a pris une nuit de plus avant notre arrivée prévue a la dernière minute. Elle a vite tout préparé en un temps record pour éviter que l'on dorme tous les 4 à la belle étoile...Je recommande fortement cet hébergement, grand, bien équipé et propre.

Super appart et super hôte aux anses d'Arlet

L'appartement est vraiment super (bien pensé, propre et très bien équipé) ; bref le top pour qui veut séjourner dans le coin. Pas facile à trouver mais avec l'aide de Joséline ou de ses garçons, vous arriverez à bon port. Joséline est vraiment une hôte super qui prends soin de ses invités et qui a tout fait pour que nous repartions satisfait. Merci pour ce séjour et encore merci pour les tresses de ma fille :-)

Séjour authentique entre mer et campagne

L'appartement est conforme à la description, refait à neuf, propre, facile d'entretien, idéal pour préserver l'intimité - 2 chambres (chacune équipée de sa SdB) sont situées à l'opposé de l'appartement. Il est bien équipé (à part une seconde table de nuit et un grand couteau, rien ne manquait). A souligner : Literies excellentes (c'est important) ! Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse avec vue sur mer et campagne qui nous donnais chaque matin au petit-déjeuner le spectacle d'un paysage rural où s'ébattent chèvres, poules et autres vaches ; et le chant des coqs ! Le voisinage est charmant et aimable. Le logement est calme (bien qu'un peu sonore) dans un coin tranquille, proche de plages sublimes et encore sauvages ; petit bémol : l'accès escarpé (fort dénivelé et devers) au parking en voiture à déconseillé aux conducteurs moyen. Merci à Joséline (et ses fils) qui s'est montrée très disponible et à la fois discrète. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir des pots d'accueil et de l'amitié (Acras, friture de balaous et petit punch) et de l'évocation des souvenirs de jeunesse avec mon père qui a quitté le pays mais n'a pas oublié son enfance. Sympathique accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir partager simplement la vie dans ce petit coin de paradis. Catherine, Pely, Guy et Jean

Très agréable, spacieux et propre.

Joseline est très accueillante, généreuse, cultivée et ouverte. Ses fils sont discrets. Pot de plus ample connaissance très sympa. L'appartement est coquet et confortable. Un petit meuble de chevet dans la 2ème chambre, un abat- jour séjour, et qqs accessoires (couteau de cuisine pointu en + du Chien, presse-ail, couverts supplémentaires) seraient les bienvenus. TV regardable, pas terrible, mais on n'était pas là pour ça! Extension wifi un peu "limite", mais là non plus pas crucial. Très bonne impression générale, vue terrasse : rurale et superbe; attention cependant pour un conducteur "moyen"(!), accès à la cour commune depuis la D37 délicat, étroit et en forte pente. Nous avons déjà loué 5 apparts en Martinique et gardons un excellent souvenir de celui ci. Toutes commodités et restos au Diamant (Dizac). Éviter Snack Fredo le dimanche. Anses aux eaux claires superbes (Petite, et plus au nord : le Bourg et son rocher aux poissons multicolores, Grande; Dufour, Noire et leurs tortues). La CAESM fait un bon boulot. Attention cependant à quelques bétonnages intempestifs de complaisance!

Nice accommodation with pleasant ovner

Very well furnished apartment (+air condition, WIFI). Apartment was clean and prepared for guests. Balcony with view to nearby hill and partially to sea. Good position on island for car tours. Close to accomodation is nice small beach and snack (restaurant/bar, sometimes music). Stores, market, bakery, petrol station.. are located in Diamond (few kilometers). Owner of apartment Jocelyne is very nice. We could speak in English with her. I can warmly recommended this accomodation.
