Loved the house but needs a lot of TLC. The house was very dirty and required the carpets cleaned. Pool heater quit for a week while our family was there and the manager called it a "minor inconvenience" so would give no refund. Would not rent again. Joe and Lauraine

Great Property to Stay!

This house is a great place to stay! We had a younger child with us and the pool and hot tub was everything she needed to be entertained! Lots of room, lots of bathrooms so we all could get ready at the same time with no down time. House was very clean and located in a great area in between the 4 Corners and Clermont, which had a lot less traffic. Great house!

Will never use Vrbo again!!! Unless!!!

I am still waiting to hear back from both hosts. First got Covid on day of arrival. 13 issues and only 1, the freezer was repaired 1/2 way through vacation. All food was destroyed by then. My sister has had 3 different types of Cancer in the last 6 years so this was suppose to be a relaxing getaway to the warm weather being from Canada well you squashed that dream. Still waiting to hear back regarding a minimum of half of the amount spent on house/hot tub returned. You could make things a little better if you were to accommodate request. Well….
