Coming back after a day at a theme park will be a welcome retreat as you relax in the pool and spa! Unwind in this setting which provides upgraded amenities and superior standards in cleanliness. Our Avengers-themed game room will wow the kids and adults alike. With 2 Masters and 2 further bedrooms with 2 twins each, this house is perfect for extended families on a special vacation! The design of the house provides plenty of privacy for each guest, and the open floor plan in the main area gives plenty of space to share in family-friendly activities. Our large covered outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine, and the pool is always a big hit!

Fantastic property, super clean, pool was great. 30 min drive to Disney and Universal. Property owners and management had great communication, before and during. Will stay again next time in that area. Family made many memories!!

Great Disney Stay

We had a great week at this house. About 30 min from all parks, so relaxing to come back and use the spa after walking all day. So much room and perfect for our family. Will definitely book again when we come back!

Spacious & quiet

This was a great place for us to return to after a long day at the parks. It is an easy commute to Orlando and a quiet neighborhood to relax in at the end of the day.

Orange Tree...The Adventure!

Beautiful home spacious very quiet the location is great its 40 mins to the beach.Shopping and restaurants 2miles down the road. We loved the pool and ping pong tables.The pool was warm and the spa was wonderful.This home is fill with everything you need just add Family,Food and Fun! We will definitely be back soon!

Great house

This was a very nice house. Roomy, comfortable, well stocked. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. About 30 mins to Disney, Publix was close ( 1 mile) to get groceries. Owner and management company were great! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house near all the parks!

This was a very nice place to call home-away-from-home while visiting the Disney parks for a week. Nice screened-in pool and spa and plenty of room for a party of 6+. The owner was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and very welcoming. Didn't get a hold of the management team, but the owner was very responsive. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

It was very comfortable and close to parks and shopping we enjoyed it very much

The property was very comfortable area was very quiet the only thing the garbage bins were full when we arrived but we put garabage out on Monday and got mixed up in recycling day we put garabage out absinthe on Thursday but we had to be out of house by 10 am Sunday so we didn’t get to put buckets out they weren’t supposed to go out until later

Enjoyed our stay

Working with Mel and her management company was a pleasure. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem with pool heat but it was taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend this villa. Our family really enjoyed our stay… after a couple of days at Disney it was a pleasure to come back to house and relax. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table in garage (so did the adults.). Thank you, Mel, for making our visit to Florida very enjoyable!

It was perfect for what we needed.

We had a small issue with the pool but was taken care of in a timely manner. The pool was nice otherwise. It's a nice size rental unit and six slept there pretty easily. It was in a nice neighborhood. It was 30 minutes.from Disney. They had a grocery store and a Wal Mart really close and a nice assortment of eating establishments close. We had a great time and would go back for sure to this location.

Family holiday

We had an amazing stay at this property, everything was perfect from start to finish. It was like a home away from home with everything that you could possibly need at your fingertips, the little extras such as bin bags, wipes, washing powder and such where fantastic. We had 4 children with us ranging 3 to 12 and even they where catered for with games and such. It really was a beautiful villa and we had such a wonderful time. Will definitely be back at some stage in the future. The neighbourhood itself was lovely and a lot of the homes all decorated for Halloween was great to see

Fantastic vacation!

This house was so perfect for my family. We just got back from a week stay and it was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean. Great and quiet neighborhood. Enough room for the whole family. We loved the pool, we spent everday out there. The game room was a great and fun addition to the property too. The only thing i would change is the air conditioner, its set at 74 and needs to be lowered to 68 or 70. It was very warm in the bedrooms. Overall would 10 out of 10 recommend. Nice and quiet

The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was reasonably close to Disney World and various shopping. The pool was used often, even though it seemed a little too warm for some. The house had a great layout and space for all 7 of us. The only issues we had were the beds and the family room couches. The beds were uncomfortable. I would have given 5 stars if the beds had been better. The family room couches felt dirty and had several holes with stuffing falling out. Overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our time there.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay away from the hustle bustle of Disney!

We had a wonderful stay here back in August. We wanted a property that was in driving distance of Disney but not too close. We loved the quiet neighborhood and still having a convenient commute for our day trips to Disney. The home was well stocked with all the necessities and the kitchen was also well stocked and organized it was pretty easy to find what you needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and still have family time together in the living room area. The property was well maintained and taken care of (we saw landscapes and pool guys there during our stay). The only things I would maybe suggest is a new hair dryer in the master bathroom (the current one tended to get over heated and hot to hold) and an extra laundry basket. Would totally stay here again if we make this trip in the future. Property owner was easy to reach and very responsive and helpful when we had any questions.
