Located in the stunning upscale gated highly regarded community of High Grove, Clermont, which is a small exclusive development of 160 homes all with that distinct gorgeous Mediterranean style Situated just at the end of the 192 just 6 miles from Disney. The resort itself boasts a wonderful club house with GYM, LARGE HEATED POOL , GAMES ROOM access to computers, fax and copiers ALL FOR YOUR FREE USE WHILST OUR GUESTS. Outside is a park area with mini golf.
Our fully air-conditioned LAKESIDE villa is a four bedroom, three bathroom detached home complete with SOUTH FACING pool and spa WITH A PEACEFUL LAKE VIEW THAT HAS WONDERFUL SUNSETS OVER THE NATURE RESERVE ACROSS THE LAKE. Just watching those sunsets alone will make booking our villa your right decision. All the bedrooms have 32" smart ( WiFi )televisions with Spectrum ( our equivalent to SKY ) The home has a LIGHT AND AIRY open plan layout to the ground floor with separate laundry room and games room in the garage with air hockey, pool table and table tennis. There is also a downstairs shower room which also leads to the outside pool area. On the first floor, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and further double bedroom, two twin rooms and family bathroom. The property is lakeside and enjoys beautiful sunsets across the lake, very relaxing after your day out at the parks. FREE WIFI INCLUDED.
In the last year the lounge now has a new 2 piece suite with new rug and new coffee tables and side tables. All bedrooms have brand new 32" smart televisions.
and a 55 inch smart TV was added in the lounge, decorative lighting around the pool also added as well as a new pool heater at a cost of $4,000. Bedding and towels are replaced every year.
UPDATE 22ND DECEMBER 2021. New flooring to downstairs area, all new bedding, four new memory foam matresses, two new beds, new towels, new carpet to master bedroom. OVER $14,000 SPENT.
UPDATE APRIL 2023. New bed for bedroom two, new microwave, painting, some bedding and new microwave purchased.
UPDATE APRIL 2024 Kitchen refurbished with new stylish countertops, cupboards painted and handles. Also a new Airfryer.
UPDATE MARCH 2025 >Brand new mattress for master bedroom.
For your complete peace of mind and security the outside front of the property is also protected by 24 hour CCTV complimenting the fact that this is a private gated community which also has cctv at the gated entrance. Strictly no parties or events to be held at this property.
Just outside of the gated community is a Bar called "Best Of British Pub" It has an outside terrace does food, has entertainment and shows the sports on TV. Now this cannot be underestimated that you can actually WALK TO A BAR/PUB FROM THE VILLA. it is about 500 yards and all within the secure gated community.
POOL HEAT CAN BE ADDED $23.50 per night. 7 night minimum.

Why they chose this property
We viewed many properties before we purchased this one. The reason we purchased this property was.
a) Exclusive gated community.
b) One of the cleanest and best kept communities we saw.
c) A club house with a gym as well as games room, community pool and lounge.
d) There is a pub/restaurant just outside the gates so you can actually walk to a bar/restaurant without driving, it will take 10 minutes to walk it. It doesn't get any better than that.
e) The pool area has a great outlook towards a lake and some wooded area, very tranquil.
f) Inside the villa has a lovely open plan feel and felt like a home to us.
g) The parks are all within a close reasonable distance as well as all the bars/restaurants/takeaway, stores and supermarkets that you will ever need.
