Located in a upscale gated community of High Grove, this Mediterranean style villa is perfect for families, couples and children.

This open concept home offers a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen equipped with everything that you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or make a quick snack.
The home is fully equipped with laundry facilities for your convenience.

Our private screened in patio & pool area will allow you and your family to Relax, Swim and Enjoy the outdoor using our patio dining set and pool side lounge chairs.
* Pool Heat is offered at an additional cost.*

Pool is protected by a pool fence for your children's safety.

There is an entertainment center with a smart TV and soundbar for your indoor enjoyment. There is also a Roku Device connected to the TV which allows you to stream your favorite channels and apps such as HBO, Local News, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc.

As a guest, you may enjoy the many community facilities of High Grove, free of charge. This includes a very impressive club house with a game room, arcade room, recreation center featuring a snack bar, fitness center, lounge area with internet cafe, business center and reception area. Behind the clubhouse is a pool and spa. There is also a children's play area and a mini golf course near the clubhouse.

This home is located only 10 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom. It is situated at the intersection of hwy 192 and hwy 27, making your commute to all Orlando’s major attractions including some of the best shops and restaurants, theme parks, golfing and fishing convenient.

Great house in a great location

The house was perfect for me and my daughter. The house was immaculate and the screened in pool was perfect! The location was great for Disney but also great for our non Disney days. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to highways. Great vacation house

HORROR NIGHTS VACATION

Lets see where do i begin... we drove from Houston it took us 20hrs to get there vs the 13hrs because of traffic maybe because of Milton. But when we arrive it was ready stay and enjoy. The house is absolutely amazing. We loved the pool amazing time. Muneera was very helpful in everything for us. We eill definitely stay here again next summer.

Instructions were clear. Location is great. Neighborhood was quiet. Rental was as described.. pictures were accurate. Clean. Noticeable that some of the furniture have seen better days. But thats sorta expected and the pictures show what to you're getting. All in all met my family's needs. Host very easy to work with.

Beautiful Home

The home and neighborhood were beautiful. I also loved the kid friendly plates, silverware, cups, etc. Having use of the garage door opener was super nice as well so we could pull the rental car in at night. We always try to leave things as good as when we arrived, and this was made super easy for us to do with having some very basic cleaning supplies available in the house (vacuum, broom/dustpan, disinfectant wipes). We loved the area and the feeling of being close to Orlando attractions without being in the center of the "craze". Thanks for the great stay!

Needs some TLC

This unit definitely needs some tlc. Pool lights didnt work, ceilings had leaks, couldnt get the patio door to open. Had to text the owner for a few issues and they handled them promptly. Great Communication. Great water pressure in shower. Unit is for sale but that didnt bother our stay. Close to Disney but took an hour to get to the other side of Orlando. Our fault for not researching that. Close to food and walmart which was convenient.

Thank you for your review, The Pool Bulb has been replaced, as light bulbs can go out at anytime. The ceiling did not leak but had water stains on a small area of kitchen ceiling. Prior to your stay we had the roof repaired but the painting of the inside ceiling were in order. It is now all repaired, painted and the home is no longer for sale.

Property was very nice overall, with only minor issues. It was little things like light bulbs in the garage being out that made getting in and out during the night a challenge. Our host was very prompt and helpful with the check in and out process. Highly recommended fir a clean and comfortable stay that's 30 min from the Disney and Universal parks.

Muneera’s house is very clean. They provided the amenities as indicated online. Close to Disney World Parks. The pool provided a good cool down after a full day in the parks. We definitely had an excellent stay and will definitely book again here.
