Only 1200m from the beach: beautiful, modern and comfortable apartment

Only 1200 m from the beach: Apartment 'Sunrise'. With attention to detail the owner has furnished this apartment is very tastefully and comfortably. By entering the house you will feel the calm and pleasant antmosphere - it is a place to feel home. The living room is located on the ground floor, it has a TV and a comfortable sofa; an open kitchen and dining table. There is a bathroom with shower, washing table and toilet on the ground floor as well. The whole ground floor has a heated tiled floor.
On the first floor there is a beautiful, spacious bedroom with a double bed and a writing desk. It has a great view to the dike.
The house has a terrace and a wharf where you can fish or enjoy the beatiful view of boats on the Hargervaart.
The house is the second house of a row of six houses - in a lane where cars are not allowed to drive. It gives a lot of peace and privacy. The holiday house 'Seabreeze' is from the same owner and is likewise decorated very pretty.

Kleines Ferienhaus mit Flair

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Den Sitzplatz am Wasser haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Die Lage war für uns optimal, kurzer Weg in die tollen Dünen von Schoorl und schöne Wege Richtung Strand. Fussläufig gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Super Ort für Ruhe und Erholung suchende. Sehr freundliche Vermieter nebenan. Am wunderschönen Sandstrand ist man in 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. ( unbedingt mitbringen oder vor Ort leihen!). Herrliche Ausflugsziele in den Schorlser Dünen und umliegenden Städten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage! Himmlische Ruhe am Rand des Dorfs; Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind fussläufig, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele interessante Ausflugsziele; Alkmaar z.B. ist bequem mit dem Linienbus zu erreichen. Bequemes Bett, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. in der Küche hätten wir uns etwas mehr Zubehör gewünscht (z.B. Spülmittel, Spülbürste/Lappen, Küchenhandtuch, Handtuchhaken), ebenso etwas mehr Geschirr oder ein paar Behälter. Die nebenan wohnenden Eigentümer waren freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar (auch auf deutsch oder englisch)

Wunderschönes, gemütliches Häuschen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter fühlt man sich hier wie im Urlaub. Sehr, sehr nette Eigentümer, an die man sich immer wenden kann.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche am Kanal zwischen Schoolscher Dünen und Meer. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht. Gemütlich eingerichtet und trotzdem top modern von WLAN bis Gasherd alles da. Gastgeber Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich

Wunderhübsche kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos. Genug Platz für zwei Personen. Super ruhige Lage, nah zum Strand und zum Ort. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, eine Auswahl an schönen Restaurants mit gutem Essen und netten Menschen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Zauberhaftes kleines Häuschen

Das kleine Häuschen ist wunderhübsch eingerichtet. mit einem schönen Steg, den wir noch gerne öfter genutzt hätten, leider war das Wetter nicht dementsprechend. Es ist herrlich ruhig gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Die Schoorlser Dünen sind ein Traum. Die Radwege...genial. Vielen Dank für die entspannte Woche.

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Trotz täglichen Regens und Wind, hatten wir 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Groet. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet- aufgrund des Wetters haben wir viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Ruhesuchende ist die Wohnung perfekt geeignet. Restaurants sind in 5Minuten zu erreichen, ein kostenfreier, öffentlicher Parkplatz befindet sich 50m von der Wohnung entfernt. An und Abreise verliefen reibungslos- wir können die Wohnung bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Eine ruhige Woche

Es war soweit alles ok. Punktabzug gibt es für den gestörten TV- Empfang und die äußerst spartanische Einrichtung, neben dem simplen Mobiliar abgezählte 4 Gabeln, 4 Löffel etc. In diesem Zusammenhang waren die 100€ Kaution, die wir vor Ort entrichtet haben, nicht nachvollziehbar.

Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert, klein und gemütlich, sehr sauber und genau so wie im Internet dargestellt. Die Vermieter Brenda und Eric waren immer erreichbar und haben geholfen, wenn es nötig war. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, Restaurants und Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche
