About this property

Mitchell Lane Retreat

Cozy and quaint cabin. This newly renovated 2 bedroom cabin is nestled on Mitchell lake. Huge backyard offering stunning views and amazing sunsets. A quick drive to fishing, shopping, hiking, lakes, or ride your atvs/ snowmobiles to trails. Only a few minutes away from Minocqua, Tomahawk, Rhinelander and many activities. Patio area with dining set and grill. WIFI and smart tv's.

The Space:
- Quaint cabin with updates everywhere you turn. Features a lakeside family room with several windows to view the lake. Kitchen and dining area are open to each other with bedrooms off the sides of each. Plenty of room to spread out.

Other:
- Plenty of parking on site. We are .4 miles to popular Bearskin state trail. Lake frontage right out the back door for fishing, boating, and swimming.
- We are on a well. Our water is softened and safe to drink but does have an iron taste. Please bring bottled water if any hesitation with well water.
- The lake does not have a boat landing. Kayaks are available for rent.
- Please respect that we have neighbors on both sides of the cabin. The property line on the north side is the tree line. We ask that you keep noise down after 10 pm to not disturb our neighbors.

Great spot!

Clean, approachable and easy to access, with a fantastic view. Our family enjoyed our stay, the kids especially loved the neighbors chickens who visited daily.

Beautiful lake stay

Lovely stay at this property. The lake is so quiet and quaint - had a lot of fun kayaking around and seeing all the beauty. Dan was super responsive and quick to help when needed. Kids had SO much fun, and so did we!

Family Visit

This is a great little cabin with plenty of outdoor space and activities. I rated 3 on Cleanliness floors could use more attention and bathroom shower floor needs repair. Kitchen had everything you need as well as bedding and towels. Trip was too short will definitely be returning. Thank you

The location was great! Beautiful place to stay for a good quiet get away. We stayed for the Tomahawk bike rally. The house tho needs some major updates. The bathroom shower was very scary to use lol felt like there was no bottom just the shower frame. There were dirty sheets on the Queen bed. Wasn't a washer or dryer on location. There was a huge to do list of cleaning then was told I could not stay a bit longer because the cleaning lady was to clean at 10am check out. For the amount of money paid the check out should be 12pm not 10am and a late 4pm check in. Over all it just needs some major updates new beds sheets and bedding.
