Nice holiday home for 6 pers., Only 500m from the beach, with own beach cabin

Beautiful holiday home in Oostkapelle on the North Sea coast in Zeeland, Netherlands for up to 6 persons for rent. The house is located in a quiet location, only 500m from the huge sandy beach, the nature reserves with forest and dunes.
The house is detached and located in a large garden (800sqm) with mature trees. In the establishment we have attached importance to a friendly and summery holiday atmosphere, which reveals the proximity to the sea. So the house is predominantly in the colors white, blue and red held.
The spacious living / dining area extends over the entire width of the house and is particularly bright through windows to 3 sides. A double-winged door leads to the south-facing terrace. The living room has a fireplace for decoration. It is furnished with a rattan sofa / divan with many cozy pillows and 2 wicker armchairs. The dining area has a square glass table and 6 folding chairs. Younger children can use a TripTrap chair. A small TV, a DVD player with div. DVDs and Internet (WLAN) are available.
The kitchen is well furnished and was partially renovated in the spring of 2017 with new stove, new sink and new worktop. Dishwasher and microwave are available; Freezer is in the utility room.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed (160 x 200) and one with bunk beds. 2 of the bedrooms have a wardrobe, in the 3rd Bedroom is a shelf. All bedrooms have their own sink.
The bathroom was completely renovated in the spring of 2017. It has new shower as well as new sink and toilet and new floor tiles. In the utility room there is the freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer and another sink.
The house has 2 terraces; one in front of the dining room facing south and one in front of the living area to the west. A garden table with 4 chairs can be used outside. There are also 2 Klappliegestühle.
From the middle of April to the beginning of October, our own beach cabin is available to our guests. This is free at the end of the main beach, where the "building" with beach cabins lights up. Here it is not crowded even in the high season. The dunes are shallower, so you can retreat to the dunes. The new small beach restaurant is about 100m away and offers drinks, ice cream and snacks. Upon request, our guests can use the 2 folding chairs, a wooden table and a windscreen on the beach. Here you can enjoy the summer days and wonderful sunsets!
