Comfortable vacation home in Somerset West / South Africa for 6 people, with pool...

The feel-good house with its own pool is located in Helderview / Somerset West and offers a fantastic view of the Cape of Good Hope to Table Mountain.
6 people can be comfortably accommodated on a spacious 420m ² living space, three bedrooms, a living room with open fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are between 30 m² and 45 m². You can find more details under "HausKleinbeger" on the Internet. The 3 bathrooms with toilet are also spacious.

The covered terrace, right by the pool, is equipped with a tasteful lounge, a dining table for 8 people and comfortable sun loungers. The cars have their place in the garage and on the two parking spaces in front of the house.
The house is secured with an alarm system for outside and inside.

The living room is at ground level and the large glass sliding doors blur the interior with the covered terrace, the pool and the garden. The flowing transition from the living room to the dining area and into the kitchen continues in this direction.

The modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort. From the spacious fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood to washing machine, dryer to dishwasher and much more. everything is there. With the kitchen inventory sufficiently usable, it is no problem to serve a great menu for you and your friends.

The 10m long and 4m wide, heated pool is located right next to the large terrace and is protected from the wind on two sides by the house and does not allow unwanted views from the outside. The open view forward into the garden down to the sea and out into the Falsbay invites you to dream.

The golf clubs De Zalze and Erinvale are only 5 to 10 minutes away by car and the multifaceted Cape Town can be easily reached in 45 minutes. The villa can be rented from € 2,000 per week.

All inclusive: You will be received and looked after by our property manager Werner (German / English speaking), who will also be happy to provide you with tips and important information. The cleaning lady Portia and the gardener Ernest take care of the house and garden.

In South Africa you need a car. Our rental car will be happy to help you. It is a SUV from Toyota. The Fortuna is the most popular SUV in South Africa. We offer you our car for 400 euros a week, including comprehensive insurance.

Wir haben hier unser zweites Zuhause gefunden.

Dieses moderne und zeitgemäße Ferienhaus liegt zentral im Herzen von Somerset West. Die Lage ist ideal und sowohl Strand Beach als auch das Stadtzentrum von Kapstadt können gut mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Haus Kleinberger ist ein Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, großzügigem Wohn-Ess-Kochbereich, beheizten Swimmingpool, Terrasse und großem Garten. Die 3 Zimmer sind auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und das Service war ganz wunderbar. Danke!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus bietet mehr als es verspricht

Wir haben mit 6 Personen das Wohlfühl-Ferienhaus der Fam. Kleinberger in Somerset west genossen. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist so ideal und großzügig, so dass sich niemand gestört gefühlt hat. Der beheizte Pool ist groß um auch gut schwimmen zu können und die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sicher wieder und empfehlen es auch gerne weiter.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Wunderschöne, topgelegene Villa mit Megaaussicht! Ideal zum Golfen und für Ausflüge zum Kap, nach Stellenbosch oder nach Hermanus! Zimmer, Wohn- und Essbereich, Terrasse, Pool und Garten - alles sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet! Betreuung vor Ort super! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das perfekte Feriendomizil

Ein stylisch und mit allen Annehmlichleiten und Technik ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderbaren Blick auf die False Bay; nur wenige Fahrminuten vom Beach von Strand und mehreren Einkaufszentren entfernt; speziell für Golfer der perfekte Ausganspunkt - viele Golfplätze in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar; Die vor Ort Betreuung ist ausgezeichnet - informativ, korrekt und sehr flexibel. Das Haus Kleinberger ist in jedem Fall absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Der Ferienhaus von Mario & Jutta ist die perfekte Kombination aus Wohlfühlhaus und Design-Elementen. Liebevoll mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet und in absolut perfekter Ausstattung lässt er keine Wünsche offen. Ein Ferientraum über 2 Ebenen mit wundervoller Dachterrasse in exponierter Lage nahe Stellenbosch. Die tolle, äußerst nette Betreuung beginnt bereits am Anreisetag und mit dem freien Internetzugang (WIFI) sind wir sofort Online. Ein herrliches Feriendomizil, das wir sehr gerne wieder einmal in Anspruch nehmen werden. Herzlichen Dank und Gratulation an Mario & Jutta für dieses Wohlfühlhaus. Liebe Grüße von Anna und Michael

Traumurlaub in Südafrika

Topempfehlung für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Südafrika. Perfekte ruhige und sichere Lage, Leihwagen, Nahversorger - alles was das einen Urlaub angenehm macht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Durch die perfekte Lage kann man alle wichtigen Destinationen sehr gut erreichen. Weinliebhaber und Golfspieler fühlen sich hier ebenso sehr wohl! Die Abreise fällt einem sehr schwer :-) deshalb werden wir 2016 sofort wieder in das geliebte Südafrika reisen!

Ein Wohlfühl-Haus vom Feinsten!

Einfach wunderschön! Beste Lage. Haus, Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt und auch das Housekeeping war perfekt. Wir waren 4 Personen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. DANKE :) wir buchen sicher wieder!!!
