This place was perfect for our visit to Orcas Island! It had everything we needed, was extremely clean and a perfect location in Eastsound. Check-in was easy and communication was almost immediate !We enjoyed the 2 decks when we just wanted to chill and relax! I would highly recommend!

Great location and property

This was our first visit to Orcas Island for whale watching and the property was very comfortable for 4 adults with great access to Eastsound shops and restaurants! We will definitely come back!

Clean and convenient

Property is perfectly located for exploring the Island and is a comfortable place to return to after an active day. Upstairs balcony has nice partial view of the water and town which was quite pleasant.

Great location! Beautiful property!

Great location in the heart of Eastsound. The house was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We were only there for a long weekend but it would have been perfect for a longer stay. Larry was so helpful in answering our questions and just made everything so easy!

Modern, cozy, mere steps from everywhere

2 br, 2 ba, modern home, right at the top of town. All the amenities you'd look for when choosing Eastsound as a place to stay. A quick, easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town, and central to sights on either ends of the island.

Great Modern Property in Eastsound

This is a great place to stay in Eastsound. it was very clean and well appointed. Great view from the Master Balcony and very comfortable beds. Both times that I had questions for the property manager, he responded right away.

Clean, well equipped, comfortable and great location

Our family of four fit perfectly in this home. It’s located a block or so from the main supermarket and shore so extremely convenient to get to shops and eateries. The home had very comfortable beds and linens, enough cutlery and plates/bowls/utensils etc for our 3 day stay. The view from the balcony was stunning and the area is very quiet at night. The host was very responsive and allowed an early check in and welcomed us with a bag of local coffee. A lovely surprise. Overall an excellent stay and we’d come back again. A huge thanks to Larry, our host.

Great location in Eastsound

Walk to everything in town. Location is also very quiet. We had a smoke alarm start to chirp one evening, and Larry came and fixed it (although it must have been defective, because it started up again at 3 a.m.).

Wonderful, restful stay

My family of 3 stayed at Larry's home for 2 nights in June 2023. It was perfect--clean, very quiet, modern, bright, and attractive. The common areas are tidy, functional, and comfortable. We walked to dinner, groceries, farmer's market, history museum, and clothes shopping, just a minute or a few away. We appreciated the dedicated parking for our rental car. Communication was easy and the host was very responsive and provided recommendations for ferry and dining. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Larry, for a wonderful stay.

Just perfect in Eastsound

We had a perfect 3 day stay in this modern home in Eastsound. This very clean, nicely decorated home had two lovely master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The king size beds were very comfortable and quiet. We prepared a few meals with our friends and found the kitchen very user friendly and well equipped. We were able to walk to nearby cafes, and shops, and groceries were less than a block away. The hosts checked that we had what we needed and made everything quite easy and streamlined. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone without reservation.

Amazingly Perfect

Me and my children, ages 7 and 10, stayed their for one week to have an authentic "Eastsound Experience". We walked everywhere, taking advantage of all the quaint small-town amenities Eastsound has to offer. My children especially enjoyed the freedom of island life to walk to the grocery store and parks by themselves, for me to quickly run to the grocery store, and being able to stay in the perfect place. Appreciated all the help and accommodations from Larry and Kristen and would absolutely stay there again as well as recommend it to others!

Extended Weekend Stay in Eastsound

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay while on Island for a family wedding! Specifically, the fantastic light, comfortable beds, great kitchen space, and location make this property an excellent choice. My wife, adult daughter, and I had plenty of room with two floors of living space available. We were able to easily walk to find excellent food, shops, summer Saturday farmers market, & coffee. (In addition to the local beans provided when we arrived - thank you!) The lovely hosts were available, but we found everything easily and didn't require any assistance. We hope to return and stay here in the future!

This was an excellent unit and great location. The place was professionally cleaned and expertly managed. There were also lots of thoughtful details and considerations that made the stay very easy and perfect. I've rented a lot of places on Expedia and other sites from other places on Orcas Island to Japan to Italy and this place in Eastsound was as good as any place I've stayed. Communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent, Check in and Check out directions were also sent promptly and were easy to follow- check in was seamless and easy. Lastly, we accidentally left several articles of clothing in one dresser drawer. I contacted the property manager the next day, he was able to coordinate with the cleaning team and they mailed them to me in Texas the next day. So not only is the property excellent and everything is expertly managed and cleaned, the team really provided above and beyond service. Thanks.

Wonderful location, everything we needed with a 2.5 year old toddler was right there. Loved that it had two bathrooms as well, so there was no need to share. It also has a little office space nook and.good wifi for those remote work calls. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Larry!
