Coto Real 2047 ANAFI Pool & Relax
Are you looking for a quiet and spacious place for a family or friends holiday? You will love this holiday apartment located in a charming Andalusian-style residence (secure residence with security guards).
The residence has 4 large communal swimming pools offering an impressive sea view and surrounded by well-maintained gardens, as well as 2 small children's pools. (Pool access is via the garage)
One of the advantages of this apartment is its terrace: 30m2 of outdoor space to enjoy the Costa del Sol climate.
This ground floor apartment includes 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an en-suite (main bedroom). This main bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. A very spacious living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen at the back.
Location:
This apartment is ideally situated, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the magnificent port of La Duquesa, where you can enjoy bars and restaurants, and less than an hour from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar.
There are also free parking spaces in the residence.
You will also be close to many attractions in the region, such as Marbella, Gibraltar, Estepona, Puerto Banus, Sotogrande, the beautiful white villages of Andalusia and the famous golf courses in the area.
This welcoming space can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for families with children.

•Bathrooms: Both equipped with toilets, washbasin and bath-shower, one of which is a water jet bath, and a bidet for one of them.
•Partially covered terrace to enjoy meals in the shade or sunbathe on a lounger. The terrace is equipped with a table, 6 chairs and 2 loungers.
•Living room / Dining room with access to a large terrace of approximately 30 m². A dining table and 6 chairs, 1 sideboard, 2 sofas, 2 poufs, 1 coffee table, 1 TV + cabinet
• Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. And all the necessary equipment for cooking.
• Laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment.
