Limpio, cómodo y equipado.
Hemos echado en falta algún producto de limpieza o fregona, así como el tema de las llaves. El acceso a la piscina se realiza por el garaje, que no lo sabíamos, y tiene un puerta que no abre ninguna llave. Algún plano del resto de las piscinas de la urbanización.
Un día que no tuvimos las pulseras. Pero en general bastante satisfechos.

Nos alegra saber que encontró el apartamento limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. En cuanto a los productos de limpieza, le informamos que esto depende directamente del propietario, pero le transmitiremos su sugerencia para su consideración.
Respecto a la recogida de llaves, debido a que el apartamento no dispone de cerradura electrónica, no contamos con otra forma para hacer la entrega, por lo que entendemos la posible incomodidad. En cuanto a la puerta cerrada del acceso a la piscina, no teníamos constancia de esta situación de haberlo sabido, hubiéramos intentado buscar una solución durante su estancia.
Esperamos sinceramente que hayan disfrutado de su estancia en general y quedamos a su disposición para cualquier futura necesidad.
