Welcome to this unique mountain home! Enjoy this amazing SKI IN SKI OUT property located close to the base of Beech Mountain. Walk, ride, or ski to local restaurants. The property is conveniently located on the White Lightning ski run. Take a brief walk to the base of Beech Mountain Resort and Beech Mountain Brewery. Have a birds-eye view on the back patio to all kinds of LIVE MUSIC at the resorts many venues and guests can take a lift to the famous 5506 Sky Bar at the top of Oz run. Enjoy mountain bike riding and hiking up the Emerald Outback trails to see the amazing Elk River Valley and Pride Rock overlooks. Have amazing wine at Banner Elk Winery for a tasting you will never forget and visit the Buckeye Recreation Center housed with activities such as fly fishing, horseback riding, UTV tours, an Alpine roller coaster, white water rafting, and tubing. Guests will also have access to Beech Mountain Club (for a fee) where you can enjoy private restaurants, professional golf, tennis, and a heated pool. Guest passes must be requested in advance.

Teaching the kids to ski for the first time!

Awesome house for our group! Perfect location! And super comfortable! Made it so easy to take the kids out to ski and then come on in for lunch etc when they were ready for a break!! Would highly recommend and we plan to rent it again!

Magnificent Mountain Escape

This is the second year that we have booked this home and it is perfect for our blended, growing family. The ski in, ski out option is great for everyone to ski/snow board at their own pace and on their own schedule. Babies napped, while Pop-pop stayed at the house and the mamas could hop on the slopes. We’ll be back!

Great house and location

9 friends stayed Saturday-Tuesday. Check-in and communication with host was great. The house can easily accommodate 14 people comfortably. Location and proximity to the run and lift was perfect. The hot tub was great for after a long day on the runs. Would definitely stay here again

Awesome view ski in/ski out

Lovely house for larger groups. Amazing view of the Beech Mountains ski hill. Easy to deal with the hosts. The ski in/out wasn’t ideal but it’s close to a parking lot by the slopes. Long driveway for multiple cars. Well stocked kitchen. Dining accommodations for 10.

Great Christmas Ski Vacation

My family (6 to 80 years old) enjoyed our Christmas ski vacation. The house was roomy, comfortable, well appointed and the location can't be beat. Down the stairs and you're on the slope! And when we ran into a problem (not the owners' fault) they were accommodating and available. Great spot and great house. We would stay there again.
