The property is stunning. Decorated beautifully and very clean. Location is perfect for weddings at Overlook Barn or for ski trip in ski season. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect home away from home!

Heaven’s Retreat was exactly as its name promises. It was clean, gorgeous, the hosts were amazing and it is in a great location. No detail was left behind in creating and furnishing this beautiful escape. Our family of six throughly enjoyed every aspect of the accommodations. Even the weather cooperated beautifully for our stay. Stay here if you have the opportunity, you won’t regret it!

Astounding cleanliness. Off the charts.

This home is straight out of a magazine. The master bath alone is worth the price. The river pebble floored steam shower with rain shower heads is amazing. Love the appliances and countertops. Plenty of outdoor space.

Beautiful home with lots of creature comforts to enjoy whilst visiting Beech Mountain. Plenty of room for 9 guests. The only negative during our stay was there was very loud construction going on until 7pm across the street, and there was a huge gravel pile placed in front of the driveway on the street that made it difficult for some vehicles to get in and out. Luckily we had more family staying close by, so we went to their location during the day.

Heaven’s Retreat is truly a gem!

Our stay exceeded every expectation. The home is even more stunning in person, with incredible attention to detail throughout. From the high-end furniture to the custom finishes, it’s clear the owners take immense pride in this property. The blend of rustic charm and modern luxury creates a perfect mountain escape. The location couldn’t be better—steps from Beech Mountain Ski Resort and close to so many local attractions. We were also delighted by the frequent visits from deer, which added a magical touch to the experience.

Heavens Retreat

I don’t often do reviews but this is warranted. The place is better than described. They used high end furniture and custom everything. It was so nice to NOT feel like a rental. They definitely take pride in their house. No need to second guess on this one!
