You will feel at home in our newly renovated, fully furnished apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal for those who are looking for quick connection to the city center and appreciate the peace of our green and family-friendly district. The apartment is located near the western entry to the city and is easily accessible from A2-west highway. Good news for all those arriving with their own vehicle: our district is one of the last in Vienna in which the on-street parking is free of charge.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well maintained residential building with elevator. It consists of a large living room / bedroom with integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a hallway and a storage room. This 36m2 aparment was completely renovated in January 2016 and lovingly furnished.

In the living room / bedroom you will find a 160 cm-wide double bed, a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a 140cm-wide sofa bed with very good mattress quality, a dining table and a coffee table. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for up to two more people. The kitchen is equiped with quality appliances from Bosch and Siemens (Stove with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), kettle, espresso machine 'Nespresso', cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a wash basin with mirror cabinet. The storage room offers enough space for storing suitcases and other large artifacts. You'll also find an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack. Furthermore bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels etc. are all available in the apartment.

The gas heating can be individually adjusted to your needs.

Die Wohnung von Frau und Herrn Stolba hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und entsprach von der Lage her voll unseren Vorstellungen. . Unsere speziellen Wünsche wurden auch problemlos erfüllt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgte Zeitnah und umfangreich. Wir hatten das Glück, das Auto vor dem Haus parken zu können. Der Fahrstuhl war für uns sehr hilfreich. Wir möchten uns bei der Fam. Stolba noch einmal recht herzlich bedanken und hoffen, dass wir mit dieser Wohnung noch einmal Wien erobern können.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen in der hellen und sonnigen Wohnung gefühlt. Einrichtung und Ausrüstung sind zweckmässig durchdacht, und die Lage in Verhältnis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-bahn ist sehr gut.

Perfect!

Very nice, clean and cosy appartment that looks exactly like the discription. Fully equiped with everything needed and a metro station U4 only 5 min walk (20 min to the city), that just exellent for long staying . Nenni and Mike are incredibly nice, friendly, patient hosts and easy to solve any issues. I really enjoyed staying in their appartment. Absolutely an appartment to recommend!

perfect, apartment and hosts! great area!

Fantastic experience staying at Nenni’s condo! The condo was newly renovated and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything in the apartment was super-clean and new, from furniture to cutlery. WiFi worked great, no issues. The location is in a beautiful and quiet residential area with easy and quick access to the city center (15 mins directly via subway (UBahn), station is around the corner). We had a car so we took advantage of the fact that the street parking was free. There are a number of stores and restaurants nearby, and the legendary Schoenbrunn Palace is a pleasant walk from the condo.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located in one of Vienna’s best residential areas. The neighbornhood is very quiet, green and close to several attractions (Schönbrunn, Lainzer Tiergarten, etc). Thanks to excellent public transportation network (metro line U4) you will reach the city center very fast. Just around the corner there is a bakery, a supermarket, a restaurant and a pharmacy. Within 5 minute walking distance you can find more bakeries, supermarkets, banks, drugstores, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.

Recreational facilities: Since the apartment is surrounded by many parks, you can start your running route right outside the door. In the immediate vicinity is the kilometer-long, newly constructed walking and bike path, leading in one direction to the meadows and woods of Vienna surroundings and the other to the city center. A modern fitness center can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Also near the apartment there is a swimming pool, several tennis courts, a billiard and a bowling alley.

A leisurely stroll along the old-Vienna-villas leads to the entrance of Schönbrunn Palace with the oldest zoo in the world and to the one of the most famous Viennese cafes, cafe Dommayer.

What makes this property unique

The subway station can be reached by foot in 5 minutes (U4 Ober St. Veit). From there you are at the Schönbrunn palace in 7 minutes and directly in the downtown (Opera) in 15 minutes. The city train station is also located within 5-minute walk.
Good news for all those arriving with their own vehicle: our district is one of the last in Vienna in which the on-street parking is free of charge.
