About this property
Country Home close to State College and PSU
Located on 11 acres, we think our home is a great place to gather with families & friends. We are located on the western side of State College and although it has a rural feel, we are only 5 minutes from Wegman's, Target and other North Atherton businesses. We're about 10 minutes from campus and downtown State College.
There is plenty of private outdoor space and driveway parking.
1st floor - eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, entry hall with piano and 1/2 bath.
2nd floor - 3 bedrooms and hall bathroom. These 3 bedrooms have AC window units if needed.
The owner's suite on the 2nd floor will not be available to our guests.
3rd floor - family room, bedroom and full bathroom. A full size futon is in the family room.
We have two Westies that will be with us during your stay.
This is a non-smoking home.
We have lived here for over 33 years and love our home and it's setting. We hope you will too.
We will probably be staying in our camper during your stay. We will park it on the lower side of the wood shop, which looks like a bank barn. You will not be able to see the camper from the house. We will be available to answer questions through a phone call or text during your stay.

My husband and I are newly retired. I was a school teacher and librarian for 30+ years and my husband had a construction business for over 40 years. We have 3 terrific sons. We enjoy being in the outdoors, so having 11+ acres is an ideal setting for our home.
