Beautiful home in Katuni

This nice vacation house is located in the small village Katuni, in the hinterland of Omis, and consists of two residential units with internal stairs. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers and plants. In front of the house awaits the swimming pool, a covered terrace with barbecue and playground equipment for the little ones. The famous canyon of the river Cetina with a pebble beach and restaurant is only about 2 km away. Here you have the possibility for rafting and canyoning. In only about half an hour by car you can also reach wonderful beaches on the Omis Riviera. Let your soul dangle in this natural paradise.

Das Anwesen war genau so wie im Internet dargestellt. Der Besitzer, Petar, war sehr freundlich und bei Problemen sehr schnell verfügbar. Der Check-in-Prozess war problemlos. Die Zugangsstraße (Auto notwendig!) asphaltiert und mit Navi erreichbar. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig/keine Nachbarn. Der Pool war sauber und wurde auch alle drei Tage gereinigt. Wir empfehlen das Objekt und kommen auch wieder.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Hausbesitzer in Empfang genommen. Er war sehr gastfreundlich und beschenkte uns sogar.Er kam auch alle 2-3Tage vorbei und kümmerte sich um den Pool.Wir sind sehr zufrieden.Waren zu acht dagewesen.Das Haus war auch sehr sauber und ordentlich.Immer wieder gerne.

Ruhige Lage man ist ungestör

Was wir nicht so toll fanden ist das die Pool Beleuchtung ab 23:30 abgeschaltet wird ! Vom Haus aus zum Pool muss man über geflieste Treppen die nicht rutschfest sind Unfallgefahr! Die zwei wege links und rechts vom Haus sind mit kleinen stufen aber die wege sind nicht ausgeleuchtet Unfallgefahr ! Klimaanlage ist unterdemenzioniert für das Haus . Grill rauchabzug funktioniert nicht . Preis Leistung stimmt nicht überein . Vermieter zu offt erscheinen 3-4 mal die Woche. Stromnetz in der Region sehr anfällig für Stromausfall 2 mal Stromausfall gehabt von Ca 20 Minuten. Das Haus ist in zwei Appartement aufgeteilt aber nur eine Waschmaschine im unteren Appartement wenn man mit mehr Personen ist ist das störend und nicht ausreichend.
