The Village at Grayton Beach offers a resort style, zero-entry pool with a sun deck and pool house along with walking distance to several local bars & eateries, this community offers all the best of 30A without all the hustle & bustle.

Upon entering Casita Grayton guests are greeted with a welcoming and charming entrance that embraces the upscale and beauty of the coastal decor for guests to enjoy. The first floor offers an open style living and entertainment area with a fully appointed kitchen and the first Master Bedroom (King) and Bathroom with a Walk-in Shower and Large soaking tub for the ultimate relaxation. As guests venture upstairs to the spacious second floor that offers the second Master Bedroom with Private ensuite Bathroom with a Walk-in Shower and a spacious balcony for guests to enjoy their morning coffee. The second floor also offers a bunk bedroom that is equipped with a Twin over Full Bed perfect for the kids to enjoy and play games, the third bedroom on the second floor offers 2 Twin Beds with a beautiful barn style sliding door for privacy.

Grayton Beach Access - 1 Mile

Grayton Dunes Access is ADA accessible, has freshwater showers, and parking on the street. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf.

* Weddings / Organized groups are not allowed. Guests must not exceed the approved number of guests allowed.

* No RVs, Trailers, Boats, or Watercrafts allowed to be parked at the property.

* Saturday to Saturday - 7 Night minimum rentals during peak/high season.

* CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home. There is ongoing construction taking place in this neighborhood

* Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.

Beautiful Inside
Beautiful home, interior and location! Everything was perfectly setup for our arrival, the home provided bicycles, boogie boards and beach toys should you want to enjoy them. The location is positioned within a short walk to the beach shuttle. If you are inclined to see the beach at sunrise, there was always parking early morning down at the beach just a block to the East of Red's.

Great in Grayton!
We had a great week at Casita Grayton! Very cosy and just the right size for our group! We loved the easy bike rides to Seaside, the access to the Grayton State Park and the vast beach and the cute dining spots in the area … especially the Black Bear cafe - YUM! Well appointed and nicely decorated. Cheers to the homeowners!
