This cozy cottage is located directly by the sea, in the bay Smricev Bad, on the island of Hvar. On the concrete and rocky beach in front of the house you can relax. The house is composed of two separate accommodation units, which have a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living area. Ideal for larger families or friends who want to spend their vacation together. Enjoy the unique panoramic view while having breakfast on the terrace. On request from the owner boat rental for excursions or to get to the other side of the bay (about 300 m), where there is a pizzeria and restaurant. To the house lead about 400 m unpaved road.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
