Le village de Povjlia est très charmant peu touristique avec ambiance familiale

La maison de Ljupka est juste sur le quai avec une terrasse sur le toit avec une vue fantastique sur le port et la mer avec en fond les montagnes de Croatie. Elle est très lumineuse, confortable et bien équipée. Les criques et plages sont à moins de 500m à pied, baignades à toutes heures (les moins chaudes :-) assurées

fantastic apartment at the waterfront

We loved the apartment with its great views from the living room and a lovely roof terrace. Th flat is very well equipped with everything you need and nicely decorated. Ljupka is a very nice host, welcoming and helpful. we felt very much at home and would love to come again

Eine erneute Buchung ist wahrscheinlich.

Wir haben uns im Haus unserer Gastgeberin sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne helle Räume mit viel Platz, eine große Terasse mit herrlicher Aussicht und die zentrale Lage fanden wir prima. Allerdings sollte man für die vielen Treppen ins obere Stockwerk bereit sein.

Unbelievably great choice for Povlja and Brač if you are trying to stay away from the huge crowds

After planning our trip to Brač earlier in the year, we searched and searched online for the best location possible on the Island, that was waterfront, affordable and we would be pleased with. Well...Wow is all I can say about this place. The pictures do not do it justice and I am so glad we choose it because it was perfect for our family of 4 and I would stay there even if we had more then 5 because the bed choices were plenty and comfortable. The owner met us upon our arrival and she was extremely pleasant, and always available if we had any questions. Upon entry you have to climb stairs to the first level (second floor), which is where 2 bedrooms are and the main bathroom. Up one more to the living/dining room and kitchen. The TV worked great and there were books to read if you didn't bring your own and were looking for one. The kitchen had all needed appliances and the coolest part of the kitchen I found was the fireplace which you could use to grill and it made the food so much better. The balcony on this level was nice place to sit in the morning and have coffee. Lastly the top level was where there is a great bedroom and another bathroom. But the best part is the terrace which was Amazing. It overlooks the water and has a great dining table. It was the best part to watch the sunset and enjoy time while there. The market, restaurants and beaches are all right down the street and so is the beach. The famous beach (Golden Horn) is only 40 minutes away and I must say that if I return to Brač, I will be disappointed if I can't get this place again. It made for the best week of our summer.

Wunderschönes Haus am Meer

Obwohl wir aufgrund von Verzögerungen erst nach 23.00 Uhr ankamen, sind wir sehr nett in Povlja von der Gastgeberin empfangen worden. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Die Dachterasse und die Lage in erster Reihe am Meer, einfach traumhaft... Einen Punkt Abzug für ein paar kleinere Mängel wie schlechter Geruch und geringe Kopfhöhe im oberen Bad, alter kaum funktionierender Fön, in die Jahre gekommene Couch u. ä.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Villa Rusulica gefühlt!

Traumhaft

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und Gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns gleich sehr heimisch gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf das türkise Meer ist traumhaft. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und ladet zu gesellschaftlichen Abenden ein. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles was zum kochen benötigt wird ist dort vorhanden. Es gibts aber noch ein paar Mankos bei dem Traumhaus. Der Schlauch vom Duschkopf war gerissen, die Abluft im zweiten Bad mit Daschräge hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die Couch und der Sessel haben auch schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Diesist auch der Grund, weßhalb ich keine 5-Sterne vergeben kann. Im großen und Ganzem ist es ein schönes Traumhaus zu einem Schnäppchenpreis. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Apartment - Wunderschöner Ort

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer mit traumhaften Terrassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Das einzige Manko ist das obere Badezimmer. Es ist sehr nieder. Aber alles ist sehr sauber. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und es gibt keinen Massentourismus. Ideal für Familien. Sehr nette Menschen überall. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilft jederzeit. Es gibt sogar einen Parkplatz vor der Haustüre.

Fantastisches Haus an der Promenade

Sehr schönes Haus über 3 Stockwerke verteilt. 1. Stock 2 kleine Schlafzimmer und Duschbad mit Badewanne und Balkon. 2. OG offene Küche mit Kamin und Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. 3.OG Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und Durchgang zur Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Supermärkte und Restaurants vor der Tür, Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Super apartment/house

Lovely quiet original village with friendly people. The house was more than we expected, on the 3e floor an extra bedroom with a great roof terrace whit lots of shade. The 1e floor has 2 sleeping rooms and a bathroom and a extra space with a washing machine. The 2e floor has a large living room and large full kitchen. We enjoyed every day!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut beschrieben. Der Ausblick ist grandios! Auch der Ort ist toll, ruhig- aber nette Lokale (auch mit Livemusik) und viele schöne Badebuchten. Die Vermieterin ist nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal nach Povlja. Auch unsere Katze hat sich dort wohlgefühlt :)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am Meer

Die Angaben im Inserat waren sehr genau, das Meer dierekt vor der Haustür. Schöne Badebuchten. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und gepflegt. Eine sehr schöne und große Terasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns empfangen. Das Eiscafe , gleich zwei Häuser weiter ist sehr schön und den Ort Bol sollte man sich ansehen.
