The Space:

Winter waves roll in just beyond the glass as soft coastal light fills the studio, setting a calm, unhurried rhythm for your stay. Inside, warmth and quiet take over - the kind of place made for storm-watching, slow mornings, and evenings spent listening to the ocean while the electric fireplace glows nearby.



This oceanfront studio condo sits in a rare low-bank beachfront setting, part of a single-level complex with on-site beach access. As a corner end unit, the space offers extra windows and wide ocean views, all on one level with no stairs. Designed for up to two guests, the open layout keeps everything easy and comfortable, whether you’re settling in for a long weekend or an extended coastal escape.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio features a pillow top king bed dressed with comfortable linens and positioned to keep the ocean close at all hours. The sleeping and living areas flow together in an open studio layout, creating a relaxed, inviting atmosphere throughout the space.



Living space & entertainment

A power reclining loveseat anchors the living area, ideal for unwinding while watching winter surf roll in. Two Smart TVs are available in the living and sleeping areas, along with cable and streaming options. High-speed WiFi and an Ethernet connection support remote work or casual browsing, with a dedicated workspace set within the studio.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals indoors, featuring a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and generous counter space. A dining table for two sits nearby, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet dinner after a walk on the beach.



Bathroom & laundry

The full bathroom includes a spa-style standing shower and bathroom essentials for your stay. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit, ideal for longer visits or damp coastal days.

The condo offers a private entrance, free on-site parking, and additional free street parking. On-site beach access from the complex allows you to reach the sand easily whenever the tide and weather invite you out.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking. Beachside Retreats is located in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, featuring unique direct beach access from the property. Walk the sands and search for hidden gems along the beaches, perhaps find a hidden glass float to take home from the Finders Keepers float fairies of Lincoln City, then head back to your private getaway and relax in the luxury of your private beachfront condo and soak in your tub watching the waves.

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
