Decorated in a country spirit, this house of character with exposed stones and beams can accommodate up to 5 people.

To complete your holidays with family or friends, a secure swimming pool and a large garden are accessible in common with the owner.

• Accommodation:
The accommodation is independent and is organised on 2 levels.

Ground floor:

- The kitchen-dining room has direct access to the outside. It is a bright room with a rustic style that has all the essential utensils.
- A bedroom equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a built-in closet that offers access to the outside.
- The bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs:PGJyPg
PGJyPgThe ground floor consists of a single room that serves as a living room and a secondary bedroom.
A single bed and a sofa bed in 140 can sleep for 3 people.
The reading corner, the old fireplace, the mix of stone, wood and terracotta are all elements that make this space warm.
This is the room that most testifies to the former activity of the silkworm farm thanks to its 4 corner fireplaces still present.

• Outside:
The property has 3600m2 of unfenced garden among the fields, as well as a 10x5m swimming pool secured by an enclosure and a shutter. The outdoor spaces are shared with the owner.
A semi-shaded dining area is dedicated to travellers, you will also have the possibility to use the communal barbecue.

2 spaces are provided within the property.

• Location:
La Magnanerie is located in the heart of the Valdaine plain, in the south of the Drôme. It offers a bucolic setting conducive to rest and outdoor sports.
A 5-minute drive away is a supermarket with petrol station, various food shops and a tobacconist's shop.

Travellers' access:
Private accommodation, outdoor spaces shared with the owner (swimming pool and garden).

Interaction with travellers:
Typhanie (the concierge) will accompany you throughout your stay. She is available by phone, email, or on the Vrbo messaging service to answer your questions. They will contact you as soon as you book and will send you the necessary instructions for the smooth running of your stay before your arrival.

• The swimming pool is generally open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Depending on the weather, the opening period is subject to change.
• Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them for €15 for a double bed kit and €10 for a single bed kit. Each kit includes 1 large and 1 small towel per person.
• Cleaning is included.
• A surveillance camera is present for security. This film films the alley that gives access to the respective entrances to the accommodation and that of the owner. It does not film the interior of the accommodation in any way.
• Pets are allowed, however please note that the grounds are not enclosed.
• Upstairs (living room/secondary bedroom), please note that one of the windows is not equipped with shutters but with a venetian blind.
