Luxury 4 bedroom residential home with patio

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Home is 2300 sq.ft, 3 bedroom + big bonus room and 2.5 bath that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Within minutes to 512 and I-5 freeways, Lewis Mcchord, Puyallup and Tacoma mall, restaurants, parks, lakes, and many other attractions!
Covered gazibo with 4 swings and a fire pit with seating for 6 people. Huge backyard with playground for you small ones.
You will have the entire home to yourself, just shared the driveway with a guy who lives in our RV and is doing our lawn. The garage is not available for use by guests at this time. Both doors to the garage are closed.

-Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings! This home is closely monitored by 3 exterior security cameras.
-No shoes within the house at any time. We try to keep our house clean for all guests. Any signs of shoes in the house may result in an additional cleaning fee ($250 minimum).
-No pets/animals are allowed at any time. We provide an allergen friendly space and can not accommodate any type of animal (this includes emotional support animals and service animals as well). If you sneak in an animal in the house, you will be charged $500 and ask to leave.
-Please keep loud noises outside from 10 pm to 7 am. Be respectful to our neighbors.
-This is a child friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
-no smoking is permitted on our property. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Extra $1000 cleaning fees to remove odor may be applied.
-drug distribution: Our house and property should not be used to sell, gift, traffic, or distribute drugs, including cannabis, even if it's legal to do so in your area.
-$250 fee if you lose gate remote control.
-$500 damage deposit will be added to your booking.
-Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary, we'll be charged $50/person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (6 guests).
