A Ruston Gem with a view!

This newly built house has everything you could want from a vacation or work rental. Plenty of space, hot water for everyone, and the neighborhood has a lot of charm.

Perfect stay for visiting family

The house was perfect for visiting family who live in the Baker Condos in Point Ruston. It was clean and well appointed, with plenty of space for all. An easy walk or drive to Point Ruston. Shopping and restaurants are also close by. Our pre visit communications with the property manager were prompt and friendly. I would book again.

A brand new property located extremely close to the Point Defiance entrance and minutes from the new Point Ruston developments, including the soon to come Point Ruston Farmers' Market. The location is great, very close to Ruston, which is a new development on the bay, with restaurants and a theater. Beware there are lots of stairs. Also we were there over July 4th, if you don't like fireworks this place is not for you, they went on until midnight, some right on our street.
