An easy drive to the famous Chambers Bay Golf Course and only 45 minutes from Seattle - this place really has it all.

This is a private quiet neighborhood and it is very safe.
What makes this property unique
This home is less than ten minutes from the world famous Chambers Bay Golf Course. But even if you're not a golfer, most people just love coming here for the incredible western exposure sunsets and the views all day long. Tacoma is also the perfect launching point for discovering the Olympic Mountains, Mount Rainier and all of the PNW!!!
