The home has been transformed into a spacious and serene space with unbeatable views from almost every room. The property has 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Also have a play and pack upon request. Whether you're here for work or play, this beautiful property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Grab your binoculars and watch the boats, bald eagles, osprey, seals, otters, and whales. Our location is perfect for a short walk to the Dash Point Pier and Park or Gino’s Italian Restaurant. 1 mile to Dash Point State Park and a short 12 mile drive to downtown Tacoma. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. * please note that you will have to walk 50 stairs to access the home.

Beautiful house on the water

While not directly on the water, there were beautiful views from every room in the house. Comfortable beds, nice towels, well-stocked kitchen. Place was very comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend. We were in town for an event at the aquatic center. House was an easy commute. Plenty of decent restaurants a short drive away. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely view, great space for our family /so enjoyedSeems like house is under construction.

We had a lovely time at the house celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. Big roomy house wish beautiful views. Would have been nice to know in advance that there were 51 steep steps up to the house . my parents are 85 and my mom struggled climbing all the stairs . Would recommend this house to friends! stairs
