Expansive windows and spacious dual decks showcase a stunning 180° panoramic view of the bay with an enchanting backdrop of downtown Tacoma city lights & the Olympic Mountains, and Vashon Island.

A large double chef's kitchen with center islands & built-in grill. Basement bar w/pool table. Sunken living/dining room w/gas fireplace.

The kitchen is a chef's dream featuring 2 islands with room for seating, along with 2 stoves (8 burners), 2 ovens, an indoor grill, 2 fridges/freezers, 3 sinks, and 2 dishwashers. This is a culinary experience you will not want to miss!

The living room hosts a series of custom archways framing the prominent water view and leading to double French doors that open up to a 330 SF deck, great for relaxing, a BBQ, or entertaining. A gas fireplace and heated floors keep this room cozy while the travertine stone tiles exude beauty and elegance. And for those who want to enjoy a movie in front of the fire, there is a 70” TV with Sonos speakers. The main floor also includes a bathroom, full-size washer & dryer, a dining table, and an additional TV in the kitchen, along with access to the yard and gardens.

From the main floor, a curving stone staircase sweeps up to the second floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room is furnished with care, and all bathrooms have custom tile work. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower with therapeutic black stones inlaid into the floor, providing a spa-like experience. The master bathroom has an extra-long 2-person soaking tub where you can pamper yourself in front of a charming gas fireplace. The master bedroom provides another breathtaking view of the water that is as romantic as it is majestic. Get even closer to the sounds and smells of nature from your private deck as the sun sets beyond the Sound and mountains.

Finally, the lowest floor is accessible by another sweeping staircase from the main floor of the house. The bonus room is highlighted by a pool table, a bar, and a TV. There is an additional bedroom with a king-sized bed and a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor.

Beautiful property with excellent views of the bay. We saw dolphins, seals, sea otters and even an orka! So special for our multigenerational family! We loved the double kitchen and large dining table where we celebrated our Easter dinner. Kat was a great communicator and made our process very smooth.

We enjoyed our family vacation in this unique house. The kitchen was well stocked, used both refrigerators and cooked several meals. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for 6 of us, same for our son & daughter in laws 2 small dogs. We saw ships pass by, hang glider, eagles, and seals pop up several times. Also walked to light house and strolled on the beach.

We lucked out and had a picture perfect weather weekend. The views are amazing, the house is very accommodating with nice beds, a great kitchen and the pool table was fun. We had a great Thanksgiving stay here. The hosts were amazing and so easy to communicate with. The views over the water were gorgeous and we even saw seals up close. We didn’t get to utilize the outdoor spaces since it rained everyday but the chef’s kitchen made cooking dinner so fun!. Only downside was lots of delicate decorations , which was tough keeping them away with little kids. Overall beautiful home!!

The property is beautiful and the view is awesome. There’s plenty of activity in the sound to keep all entertained. We were close to all the things that we wanted to do in the area. The family was very happy with the set up and accommodations. Whenever we are in the area again, we plan to stay here if it’s available. A group of friends and I booked this for the 4th of July - we had a lake day, and this was the perfect place to relax afterward. Amazing Property

We had such a wonderful 3 weeks at this home, we surely hope next year we will be able to return, it was not only comfortable, but had everything you would possibly want or need as in your own home. The view was mesmerizing and the whole area in general was fantastic, bar, restaurants, brewery, grocery, nail salon and post office. The property manager was impeccable making sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't have been happier.
