There are two patios - a large patio for relaxing and for hanging out, hosting happy hours, and dining alfresco, with direct access to/from the kitchen. There is an outdoor BBQ area for warm-weather barbecues. And there is a private, peaceful patio for the primary bedroom with peaceful Pacific NW nature-filled views. There are two wonderful paths leading down to the private beach, and a picnic table for 12 on American Lake.

Room For Everyone
This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time.

Golf Get-Away
This property is well laid out with plenty of room for a larger group to spread out (we were only a group of 4). Loved the patio outdoor area and down by the waterfront for an evening glass of wine. Close proximity to The Home Course and Chambers Bay.

Nice for family weekend together
We liked the yard and view of Mt. Rainer when the clouds cooperated. The family room had several glass doors that allowed a nice open room and view of outside. The bedrooms were spacious for what we needed. The bedroom suite downstairs was very nice, bath, sitting area private patio. Three bedrooms up stairs were good . The stairs could be tricky if you're not nimble. The one big negative for us was lack of dining places in walking distance. There was one taco restaurant and a convenience store within a mile or so.
