Near by attraction includes the infamous Chamber`s Bay golf course & Tacoma Dome..etc. 30min to Olympia, 30min to Sea Tac and Seattle. 1.5 hours to Mt. Rainier. It`s a perfect home as the base to rest in at the end of a work day or explore the beauties in Washington.

* Three bedrooms are located at upper level, separate from the common space on main floor.
* A comfortable pull out couch bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 adults.
* A spacious two car garage with long driveway provides total 4 parking space and additional street parking.

1. Parties & Gatherings
Large parties and events are not allowed.
Small, respectful gatherings of up to 12–15 guests are welcome, provided they do not disturb neighbors or exceed parking limits. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and treat the home and neighborhood with care.
2. Vehicle and Parking
Large vehicles such as box trucks, RVs, and trailers are not permitted on the property.
Parking is limited to 6 standard-sized vehicles:
2 vehicles may be parked inside the garage.
4 vehicles may be parked on the driveway.
Street parking is strictly prohibited due to narrow roads and to ensure neighbors’ access and lawn areas are respected.
3. THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS will be canceled immediately with no refund.
4. Guest Verification
Within 24 hours of booking, the reservation holder must provide:
A photo of their ID.
A list of overnight guest names.
5. NO extra overnight guests without prior approval.
6. Please treat this home with the same care and respect as you would your own.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability
By booking, the reservation holder must inform their group of these rules, and all guests accept all risks. This includes using amenities like the hot tub, BBQ grill, fire table—guests are responsible for their own safety. The owner is not liable for any injuries or damages.
8. NO smoking indoors.
9. NO pets allowed.
10. Vehicles
NO RV, commercial vehicles and equipment allowed
11. Noise & Neighbors
Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
12. Furniture & Flames
Do not rearrange furniture.
Turn off all open flames (stove, fire table, BBQ grill) when unattended. Unattended flames are a fire hazard and may incur extra charges.
13. Trash & Recycling
NO excessive trash dumping. Use the recycling bin as needed.
14.Mail & Packages
NO mail accepted at this address. Packages can be delivered to your front door by carriers.
15. Maintenance & Repairs
Report any breakages or issues immediately for prompt repair.
Reporting an issue grants permission for the host or team to enter the property if needed. Denying entry confirms the space as suitable for your stay.
16. Third-Party Amenities
NO refunds for interruptions of third-party services (electricity, internet, cell signal, etc.).
17. Damages & Missing Items
The reservation holder is responsible for any missing or damaged items at their replacement cost. Inventory checks are done before check-in and after check-out.
18. Pest Control
Regular pest control is conducted, but we are not responsible for any insects found inside the home.
19. Check-Out Policy
Check-out time is 11 AM.
Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $100 fee, plus an additional $100 per hour if it impacts the next booking.
20. Long-Term Stays (Monthly)
For monthly stays, an additional cleaning fee of $100 every two weeks applies. This is collected separately to avoid extra platform fees.
