The Space:

The Aspens condominiums in Brian Head, Utah, present a stunning and rustic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that is a perfect getaway for up to 8 guests. Nestled at the top of the complex in the heart of nature, guests are welcomed by the fresh scent of pine as they make their way up to the condo.





On the main floor, guests will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The en suite bathroom is well-appointed with modern fixtures and ample closet space. Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with a set of bunk beds, featuring a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin-size mattress on the top. The loft area also features a queen-sized pull-out couch, providing additional sleeping options.





The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for guests, who love to cook, with all the essential appliances and utensils required to prepare delicious meals. The dining area comfortably seats all guests, and provides a perfect setting for family meals and game nights.





The living room is the perfect spot for guests to relax and unwind, featuring wood walls, a wood-burning fireplace, and large windows that allow for breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The private deck, off the living room, is an excellent spot for guests to enjoy the mountain air and scenery.





The condo also features a laundry room, making it convenient for guests to pack light and wash clothes as needed.





During the winter season, the Giant Steps ski lodge is located just across the street, providing easy access to skiing, snowboarding, and other snow-related activities such as snowmobiling, ice skating, tubing, and snowshoeing. This unit is NOT pet friendly and pets are not allowed.

If you bring a pet against policy rules, you will be charged a $250 pet fee penalty.
