This was a great place to stay while in town for our snowboarding trip. The home was immaculate. There was more than enough space for the eight of us to be comfortable. Would highly recommended and will definitely save this to my list for future trips. Big thank you to the host for helping to make this a perfect trip!
Loved this comfortable house for our ski trip to Brian Head. Comfy beds and kids loved the foosball and Nintendo Switch. Hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. Check-in and out was super easy.
Spacious home perfect for 5 adults and a toddler. Close enough to visit several national parks. Very nicely decorated. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.
We’re a blended family who has turned our annual ski trip into Christmas celebration as well. Family room here allows us to set up our Christmas tree away from our wet ski equipment. Everyone gets their own room and family dinner together every night. A great tradition in a fabulous space.

We had a wonderful stay & Cindy was great to communicate with! The house has the most amazing welcome book with so many details, instructions, and recommendations. The bedding & linens were adequately stocked and comfortable. We appreciated lots of little extras in the kitchen & bathrooms. The kids loved the game room, hot tub, and the axe throwing outside as well! The house was very clean & comfortable with plenty of space to spread out & enjoy! We'll definitely be back with the whole family!
Nice single level ranch. Nicely equipped with comfortable living room and game room. We had four adults and it never seemed crowded. We will book again on future visits.
House had pots and pans, laundry detergent, and towels. I brought some just in case. The inside was spotless. They had a snow shovel for the driveway (we went in the wintertime) I would love to come back here again for my next trip to Utah. Brian's head is only a 20 min drive up the street.
Hands down, the best VRBO that I have ever stayed at. Clean, fully stocked with everything you need.
Rented this property for a snowboard trip to Brian Head. 3 adults and 2 older teenage boys. Drove up from Phoenix, AZ. Property was clean, everything seemed new. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes and cookware. First class bedding and plenty of towels. Televisions had cable TV that is great because a lot of rentals now only have streaming that requires you to have a streaming account. ( I do not want to deal with that while on vacation). 20 minute drive to Brian Head. Didn't get a chance to use hot tube because it DUMPED snow the entire stay. When planning this trip i was debating weather or not to stay at a condo/apartment next to the resort. I am glad i chose to stay here. Returning to a house after a day on the slopes to a big kitchen for a hot cooked meal is awesome. Parowan itself is very quiet. If you want to go out to eat or go grocery shopping, you will need to go to Ceadar City that is about a 20 minute drive. There is a local market around the corner but closes at 8 or 9. Bottom line is that this property is awesome!!! I plan on staying again. It made a special family snowbaord trip even better.
This was the first of four stays on our vacation, and one of our favorites. Cindy went out of her way to accommodate our timing. This was a lovely, comfortable and equipped place.
This lovely home was perfect for our multi generational family. The host was wonderful to deal with, the home clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, too. We had a great stay and are looking forward to coming back.
Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. A very complete book including detailed operating instructions of items in the home, of area attractions, and of local places was very appreciated.
What a great place in beautiful little town. Our first morning there we discovered the coffee pot had a crack in it. We let Cindy know. She made sure we had a replacement that evening when we got back from our travels. I wasn’t expecting this as it was Thanksgiving day. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this place.
This was a beautiful house with comfortable beds and plenty of space. Hot tub was nice and relaxing after a long day of hiking. Communication was good and she accommodated us even when we showed up at 1am.

Great location. Nice small town. Had a small issue with hot tub one evening but worked ok the next night. Parowan Gap petroglyphs are a must see.
My family had a reunion in Parowan and needed a place for some of us to stay. We found this cute rental on VRBO and it was the perfect size for those of us who needed a place to sleep. The house is charming and well kept. It has a great space for kids (and adults) to play and also a hot tub to relax in. We loved that the master bathroom was accessible from the master and the hallway making it available for not just those sleeping in the master bedroom. We didn’t cook or use the kitchen much but everything looked in order and was clean. Cindy is great to work with and communicated really well. We all loved sharing the house, which made splitting the cost way cheaper than separate hotel rooms.
