My family had a snowboarding trip at Brian Head and this was the perfect place to stay! We are from Utah and this home was everything we needed! Perfect for a large group or family!
This is a large, well decorated, comfortable and fun place to stay!
Nice quiet neighborhood, attentive manager if you have to contact, and all the comforts of home!
I’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and I would stay at this one again if I am ever back there for sure!
This place really had everything you need for a nice get-away. Plenty of room to spread out and also be comfortable entertaining a large party (we had 2 families with 11 total). Really no complaints.
We had an extremely positive experience with this property. Everything you need to have a great stay was provided. We had 2 teens with us , so the pool table and multiple tv room options were a hit! Only 15-20 minutes to Brian head ski resort. the Kitchen is gorgeous! Thank you for everything!!
The size snd location of the property was perfect. It is 20 minutes from Brian Head. We traveled to the Brian Head resort multiple time during our stay. The house was perfect for our family size. There were ten of us. The kitchen and dining area made it freat for us to get together and eat and have great conversations. With the living room and fireplace together made it another great place to play games and have fun. Very happy with this place and their town.grplace in the house to socialized
One of the reviews I read before renting said the property was "old fashioned". The property was actually nicely decorated with rustic and leather furniture, and antiques. The home is basically 3 sections. Lower (entry) with pool table, games, and 2 bedrooms. Step up (2) relaxing tv, kitchen, dining areas. 3) Basement with 3 bedrooms and tv area. It gave us plenty of room for our party of 11 to spread out and enjoy.Jennie responded to our questions and emails right away.We would rent again if we go to Parawan.
The host is excellent. She was very responsive, easy to communicate with. The house is spacious, with a huge kitchen and easily accommodated our group. Easy access to Brian Head resort. There were some issues with cleanliness, dishes that did not seem to have been washed, and there is only one bathroom that is accessible for four of the bedrooms where the other bathroom is in the master bedroom. That was somewhat inconvenient but not a huge deal. I would certainly recommend staying here, and again felt that the host did everything she could to be welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to issues when they arose.
Satisfied Stay Overall, but Some Areas for Improvement
Our overall stay was satisfying. The house was spacious, communication with the property management team was smooth, and its proximity to the ski area (only 20 minutes away) was a great convenience. However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the experience. The laundry appliances need attention. The dryer filter was full of dust and hadn’t been cleaned, and the dryer itself took an unusually long time to dry clothes, making laundry inconvenient for our large group. The washer also seemed outdated and would benefit from an upgrade, especially for longer stays where laundry is a necessity.Essential supplies were insufficient despite informing the host about the number of guests and paying extra guest fees. Tower, Shower gel and shampoo were already running low on day one, though Jennie was helpful in having more delivered on day two.Household supplies like paper towels, dishwashing pods, and toilet paper should be better stocked based on the length of stay. For our four-night visit, these items ran out by the third night.Lastly, some kitchenware, such as cooking pots, were old and dirty and should be replaced for a better cooking experience.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the management’s efforts. With these improvements, the property could provide an even better experience for future guests.
